On March 30, we paid our deposit to start an area to put an above ground pool. It is to be a…read moreretaining wall and ground leveling with sand. They started on April 7 and 8 with the wall and leveling. We wanted the project to be done by Memorial Day. On April 19, they had not called or been back so we called them and he said they were behind due to the rain and we told them we understood. They told us they would get back as soon as they could. On May 12, we called them again and agreed with them to add fill dirt to the large sinking hole in the yard. They assured me again that they would be here either on Friday the next day or Monday the 16th for sure. On June 2, we again called them as there had been no contact from them. They again suggested that we add fill dirt and we again agreed to do so. We told them we just needed to get it done. They told me since we were adding the dirt we would not have to wait for dry weather and they would be here Monday the 6th...RAIN OR SHINE. They have still not shown up or called. In April, we also hired them to mow for us every other week. They mowed 1time in mid May and have not been since nor have they called. It has certainly been a horrible start to our summer.
