My tile guy told me how much to purchase based on our space to be tiled. All contractors over order tile to ensure job can get completed without delay. I had 6 boxes of unused, unopened tile and they will not allow me to return it. While it does say that on my receipt after I purchased, I feel they should of verbally explained that to me before I ordered. I would of ordered less, then ordered more later if needed or I would of taken my business elsewhere.

The company that had come out the day before (large billboard on 105) had quoted us $5,000-7,000(!) to basically rebuild our roof. So we hired Saxon, his guy came out the next day, did everything and then went on to paint all the vent stacks and fireplace flashing. Since then our leak is completely gone and the roof looks better than it ever did. We will hire these guys for anything roof related from now on.

After contacting several contractors in the Woodlands area, we selected Primo Outdoor Living to…read morebuild a new construction covered patio. Primo was quick to respond to our initial request and provided a detailed and professional construction plan along with a 3-dimensional model of what the finished project would look like. Kevin and his team were able to quickly answer any questions that we had and provided a quotation within 2 days. Primo handled all the inspections and permits required for the Woodlands Association approval. Primo built a new 500 sqft gabled patio with a 7' wide wood burning (gas light assist) fireplace along with sitting benches on each side. The fireplace, benches and supporting posts are finished in natural stone veneer with a "dry stack" installation. The floor was constructed with Belgard Origins pavers in a Crab Orchard color. The ceiling was finished with a cedar tongue and groove finish along with a pony wall and cedar collar ties. To finish the project, Primo also installed new cedar fencing in the back yard. We are 100% completely satisfied with the workmanship and responsiveness of Primo Outdoor Living. They finished the project on time and were completely transparent with all aspects of the construction. In our opinion, Primo has an outstanding team that completed the project as agreed on. Kevin (owner) was at our site every morning to answer our questions and oversee the construction progress. The Primo construction crew were dependable and arrived early every morning. They did not require any micromanagement whatsoever. David, Juan, Jaime, Chealbi and the rest of the Primo staff are outstanding, easy to work with and can be counted on to do the right thing. We will definitely be using Primo on future outdoor projects.

Shopping here is not a consumer friendly experience. This company does not display prices on any…read moreitems. They want you to shop based solely on what appeals to you and then they will look up the price. I have never shopped for any item where the price is not displayed to the consumer. So we left. There were hundreds of choices for porcelain flooring tile which was inviting but that makes me think they don't have the volume of business to lock in purchasing prices.

Just had new floors installed throughout first floor of my house and it is beautiful. I worked…read morewith Nicola at the Gosling location and she was extremely helpful. Had to reschedule our official measurements and she took care of that for us no problem. Followed up to make sure I had all the information I needed. Best thing was when we first went in is that she made sure we knew exactly what to look for in flooring even if we decided to go with another company. Was told that it may be three weeks for install but we got a call for scheduling the next day and a week and half later later the install was done. Installers were very good and courteous. Other than the white dust (this is to be expected if you are removing tile) from tile demolition everything was very clean upon their departure. The only thing that stunk (and I knew this when I signed the contract) is that they will yank your toilets out but not reinstall them. Thankfully my installer knew how to do this and was nice enough to show me what needed to be done and what to buy to do the job. They also put the toilets close to where I needed them so I didn't have to carry them through the house. Toilets are heavy so have someone help lift it into place. Ultimately re-installing the toilets cost me about $8 for two new wax rings at Home Depot.
