Taste: I heard her mention the name "Chris" when some customers excitedly ask about the name of the cook. Well! Chris deserved the recognition especially that day because everything was so good. Often times, Memphis BBQ spots have similar models but not this one. It has a pleasantly unique taste. Also, I found out that they make their own bbq sauces in house.
