I had a little difficulty finding a music store down south without going as far south as Christies Beach but I have to say, I'm glad I took the drive. The only other places people were suggesting were in the city and I wasn't going to deal with Christmas traffic if I could drive 20 mins in the opposite direction. I spoke to two different people, one on the phone and one in store. Both were polite, professional and knowledgeable. I have to admit, I wasn't buying a guitar or anything too technical, I was buying a child's glockenspiel so I'm not sure about their guitar advice but surely that says something about a music store if they stock children's musical instruments also?! This is it for me. I won't go anywhere else if/when I need musical instruments or anything to do with musical instruments. Yay for Southern Music!
