They are all incredibly invested in each patient and really know/understand each individuals needs. Dr. Porcelli's wife, Alina, manages the practice, and is seasoned in all things dentistry and health. She is an absolute star as far as I'm concerned. The office does not provide all services in-house, we were required to seek treatment from another dental facility, incurring additional expenses. Despite scheduling a filling appointment based on a cavity identified during x-rays, the office unexpectedly requested another set of x-rays upon our arrival, necessitating a rescheduled appointment. This deviation from the previously communicated plan is unacceptable.
