Came here with the family and its a smaller store and didn't really find anything because I didn't need anything at the time. Very clean store with friendly associates! We will be back and hoping to find some useful clothes and housewares! read more

They don't have nearly as much stuff as they used to (even the tiny shop on Highway 99 they used to be in had a lot), and prices have gone up. There is nothing "good" left since they opened the "boutique" in Ashland, all the nice things go there. Sure, they want to make the most money for their donations, but... And, they pick through all your stuff now, before they agree to take any donations! Nothing is on the "no" list, but the employees (some are worse than others, there is one older man who refuses so much!) still seem to enjoy the say-so of what is taken or not. Just today there was a line of cars because of the rummaging around and unfolding pants and nearly using a fine tooth comb on things! I couldn't wait. I have a lot of things in the back of my truck, a lot. I am not going to unpack it all while the employees decide if it's "good enough." It's no wonder so much ends up in the trash, if even thrift stores refuse decent donations! Another place in town refuses clothing! They depend on us, not the other way around. They should be grateful for donations. read more

Lots of clothes to choose from! Co-ed dressing rooms but oh well! Great purse selection and shoes. Some furniture and lots of books and small electronics. CD's and some DVD's. This Goodwill is way nicer and bigger than the one that closed by Dollar Tree and Pizza Hut! They have less furniture than St. Vincent De Paul's but way better clothing selection!!!!! read more

I really like store and go there often but today was not good day I was quite shocked,I got couple dresses for my granddaughter and it was yellow tag day so I got half off and when I asked for my senior discount I was rudely told no you already got half off I shop at that store almost every other day so I was hurt and will never go there again read more

First off for a company that receives everything for free and then prices it just below retail not to mention a CEO thank makes millions I am writing this review because I tried to drop off some stuff from a yard sale that didn't sell and the young gal that was taking donations was completely rude and would not take half the stuff because it had a few water drops on it from waiting for this capable but severely lazy person for instance (wicker baskets, boxes of games, lawn chairs, picture frames, clothing, exercise equipment, dishes, ect. to which we loaded it back up and took it to St. Vincent de Paul and they took it all with no question and thanked us, I will never give to goodwill again they obviously are making way too much money from our good citizens so I call for a boycott of all Goodwill Stores. read more

First and foremost, I LOVE Goodwill Stores and Outlets, and will continue to shop at the stores where the prices are still "thrift store" prices, and the people are friendly. For me, the vibe of a place sells it just as much as the treasures to be found. Also, I have worked in customer service and in thrift stores before, so I know the gig. CUSTOMER SERVICE AND KIND ATTITUDES ARE KEY!!!! After visiting many Goodwills up and down the western states, I must admit this store had some very unfriendly and oddly behaving employees. The cashier seemed angry that I found a great deal on a Mid-Century ceramic item, and the other employees seemed to bothered by the fact that there were customers in the store. Yes, well-organized, mostly overpriced items, but I definitely will leave this store off of my Goodwill itinerary when traveling. The As-Is in Medford had very friendly staff and there was a cheerful vibe in the store itself. The other Goodwill store in Medford (can't remember where) also had friendly customers and a great vibe. I took the time to write this review in hopes that someone at this store reads it and takes note that acting unfriendly makes you lose customers, both past, present, and potential. read more
