This thrift store has a great variety of quality items. Definitely a great place to go when you want to thrift.

The lady with the brown hair is sullen and moody. No smile or greeting upon entering. Woman with styled grey hair is angry and treats customers with disdain. Prices are ridiculous. I know its for the animals but common. When i can find the exact same thing on ebay at half the price and told. You should by it. Never shop here again. read more

I try to shop at local humane society thrift stores because the money goes to a good cause but this place is way over priced. I went to get my husband a pair of sweats and a hoodie for him to wear after he got out of surgery and they wanted $28 for a used hoodie! Needless to say I only got the pants. If I wanted to pay retail I would have went to Walmart or anywhere else really. And the lady tending the register was far from friendly and acted like I was bothering her by asking her where the men's clothes were. I would give negative stars if I could. read more

I appreciate everything that this organization does, but one of the ladies that works there is always rude. I know they get busy, but customer service should be your top priority. OkYes the woman that works there is a condescending b**** she's extremely nasty she always looks at you like she hates you and doesn't want you there... I'm guessing that she treats the people that shop at the outdoor yard sale and never buy anything inside like this. That's my Mo I always get stuff by the bag and I'm almost super excited about it and spend a lot of time and get everything that I can possibly find that I like... She's always irritated and one time she even screamed at me to clean up the shirts that I didn't want when I'm always cleaning up the mess as I go along. I can't quite figure out what her problem is but I'm always holding my breath because it's really hard to find an expensive second hand. Today was my last straw I'm always holding my breath she's always mean and I would say beyond rude because I actually keep coming back when she's trying to get me not to... I had some clothes on hold from last night cuz I lost my wall and she pretended to be nice like oh did you find your wallet and I said yes. She's pretended to be nice. at 10:00 a.m. it was 80° outside and there was no sun my car was in the shade all my windows were down and my AC was on and my car was running and she told me that I had violated some policy having a dog in a car when it was parked on the street and then I was no longer welcome at the store and everything that I had on hold was going back to her and the store. You stole from me there were really beautiful sandals I had a shirt I needed from work today ended up going in a tank top and was totally humiliated... I see it tons of negative reviews about her and I lost it I told her can my friend buy it and she said no all your friends also can't come back whatever that's supposed to mean. I called her a b**** like twice and that was about it but believe me she has it coming but it sounds like from all the reviews. I spoke to her supervisor and her supervisor said that it was on recording that I had called this woman a b**** at this point I'm hearing applause from the audience because she is a b****. And as we know language is used to express feelings and sentiment this woman should not be working with customer service and she is hostile with the public and makes them feel extremely vulnerable and subject to her moods as to whether or not they can benefit from this non-profit thrift store. There was a man in the thrift store that heard me call her a b**** and he didn't know what was going on but he called corporate and said he didn't like me talking to her like that well I got news for both y'all I don't like talking to people like that and I don't like being in the situation she put. Not only did they not call animal control because there was no apparent distress of my dog at all and they never even came to check on my dog... She just used it as an excuse and from what I saw when I came back to get my bags today she had actually taken one or two items out of them one was a Calvin Klein shirt but I really wanted and then again that beautiful workplace I was going to wear today. She humiliates people and makes them feel so uncomfortable I believe she has a horrible self esteem and she has nothing better to do than glare at people and think she's better than everyone else. because she deprived me of my right to shop in a non-profit I'm thinking of she also took my travel money she also deprived me of doing business that and she also did it maliciously I'm going to probably file in small claims against this non-profit. I actually have a recording from her boss saying that I guess you'll just have to take a loss. That's exactly what the boss said to me and the reason that they didn't call animal control because they just wanted me to leave... Apparently they weren't so concerned with the dog or that wasn't an issue they were just being catty little b******. Honestly I feel so violated I feel like she stole all my hard work and all my selections from me and I feel she had an ulterior motive in doing so and I just want to throw up.. I'm literally been on the verge of tears all day not to mention having to show up in a tank top to work. Yes a business has a right to refuse service but they don't have a right to steal from customers and be malicious. After all they are in nonprofit and how can they claim they're being humane to animals when they apparently don't know how to treat people... And as far as being humane to animals they apparently don't know what that means either because they use it my dog as an excuse to take him out of a store and had no merit . I never take things like this personally however after reading the reviews of her I understand it's not personal but what I will say whether it was personal or not it's definitely had very serious financial repercussions for me. read more

Fill a plastic Safeway bag for $3. Need I say more ? OK. I will. Full price is available to you inside the shop. But outside, under the tarps, what they call the, 'Yardsale', is where the party begins. I'm having, and been having, this dilema: I prefer to wear an outfit only once. Then its old, been done, dead to me. I love clothes that have been destroyed naturally. Stains, holes, rips, tears, paint, epoxy, cement... etc. I am very uncomfortable in brand new Made in China fresh off the rack digs. I also find great joy in destroying clothes myself. Challenging their delicate symmetrical beauty, arranging their generic individualism and intricate patterning, curing it as my skin for the moment. This is not my attempt at Marc Jacob's deconstruction. It is not grunge reinvented. Not a British punk rebellion. Its about substance. I want my garments how I want my food, FRESH. read more

I remember visiting this store years ago and finding some amazing treasures. Those days are gone. It's filthy, disorganized, insanely overpriced, and the woman working the cash register was so rude I almost left mid purchase. It was clear she has no interest in being there or assisting customers.
