As a fun thing I do when I'm in new places, I check out the local thrift stores and The Coop de Ville in Medford hit that note for me. They have an extensive collection of Knick knacks and fun items that are great additions to your home, but mostly I loved their collection of uranium glassware. They even had an Underwood typewriter that I had my eye on but it was just a little too pricey for this bargain hunter. When I'm back in that neck of the woods I'm definitely going to visit The Coop again! read more

This place has had an amazing turn around. Andrea is the new manager and she has done a complete overhaul of the space. It's was a complete mess but now easy to see everything. So much to take in, admire, and purchase! What a well curated store with thoughtful vignettes showcasing the vast array of collectibles. From the items I examined, all prices seemed reasonable. I could spend days there! I also appreciate how the owner is helpful yet sensitive to allowing customers to peruse at their own pace without consistently checking in with them. Wow! This shop has new owners and has been completely reorganized and merchandised . It's so open and easy to look at all the amazing and creative displays. Easy to find what you're looking g for and the staff is super helpful. There's something for everyone in this shop. Great gifts for men and they even have a section for the kiddos. What a unique experience! I love shopping here and became a seller last year. The owners and staff are all so nice and supportive. Instead of the traditional booths at a flea market it's a unified experience. Tons of rustic decor, and they are expanding into vintage clothing too! This is another "chic up front", "antique" in the back kind of place. It's actually just really, really weird in the back. There was a bin of $1 fanny packs, but also plenty of mannequin heads? Weird. Again, neat stuff was over priced, but I found one framed picture that I really liked and bought it for around $10. read more

They have great items in The Coop. I went in looking for "the perfect" new table for my classroom and actually found it. It was very clean and well taken care of and the price was reasonable, especially for a teacher's budget. The owner, Ron even helped me load it into my truck. I spent more time looking around than I expected because it's more like a museum of awesome stuff than any boring antique store I have been too. I wanted to furnish my entire house with all the cool furniture and old signs. Thank you, I will come again! read more

So happy I stopped by here! It really made my short stay in Medford. If you're a collector or love unique items it really is the place to go. The prices are really reasonable and I love that Oregon doesn't have any taxes. I got an amazing hanging vintage cage light for $27 dollars! My only wish is that I had more room in my suitcase. This place has the cutest stuff! Last trip to Oregon we stopped by just to "browse" (uh huh!)... I had been looking for an old window and wanted something unique and I found it, I found many! I had to stop myself from buying them all. Hubby found an vintage sewing machine that works perfect...
