Not only did they give me recommendations for the dog, they also went out early to confirm conditions were safe before we headed out so we didn't waste a trip. They ended up bringing multiple options and getting us in a double kayak with room for my corgi to come along and it was the MOST beautiful day. They even refunded the difference in cost. So thankful they made my birthday kayak trip a success!

The negative: The staff did not adhere to basic COVID-19 precautions. In the store, only the cashier had on a mask. At the dock, neither staff member had on a mask and they didn't appear to have any available even after we pointed it out. We were assured that the boats were "thoroughly cleaned" in between use but we saw no cleaning supplies and the staff member touched all over the boat without wiping it or cleaning his hands. We will definitely be back, but probably after the pandemic is over.

Without a single phone call to me to advise of a potential HUGE $7500 repair bill on a 20 year old outboard engine. I called, emailed, and couldn't get return calls. The call I did get was that I owed them $7500. Part of that bill was a 4 hour lake test at $119 an hour for $476. REALLY.
