The place is beautifuly decorated with hats and all the bells and whistles to go with it. I love the gold accents and the color scheme. We started playing around with different sizing for my head and found the perfect fit. I didn't know you could do so much to a hat. I added monogram, hat burning, a net leather band, and stitching. Our milliner was most helpful with her tasteful suggestions and experience, it made the design process smooth. The hat and experience was worth every penny. When it arrived, he never called. I randomly stopped in, shocked they had them in stock and bought the hat for my head. My husband wanted one and left a long message to buy another hat in his size. Still no phone call. Don't expect any customer service from this store.
