I made an appointment for 3pm for a gel refill and French manicure. Well, I ended up being rushed at 3:35pm by the guy who started doing my nails and then someone else took over, even though he was supposed to do my French manicure. I had to stop him at the first nail because it was already very thick, and he kept looking at me as if I were crazy when I asked him to make it thinner. So I said that's fine, no French, just leave them. Looking at them now, they are all messed up (I hate the shape), you can see the other refill on the bottom and on top of that, I'm not sure if he used gel or acrylic.

After booking an appointment a few days after, I arrived and got my hair done. I felt extremely comfortable in the environment, and I loved how roomy and clean the salon was. Noah made sure to check on me during the time to see if I was liking the progress. In the end, I loved the style that I received! It was perfect, and exactly what I had in mind. We had a consult prior to this and she agreed we can make that happen. 3hours in and I was on the verge of tears. My hair is not even close to red it's light brown with hints of copper. (Photos provided below). Keep in mind I have blond highlights in my hair- the highlights aren't even red? How can you mess up going from blond to red?! At $85 an hour, it was an absolute rip-off. I am completely disappointed and this is happening only 2 weeks away from my birthday, I am so embarrassed. I explained to her this color is nothing near what I asked for, she removed 1h from the charge because she knew she had messed up but that will not fix my hair. I had high hopes for this place. I painted mine myself but let them do the regular nail polish and it lasted just a few days. I watched closely the next time and they actually put on some kind of oil which made the polish wear off in 2-3 days. I've been doing my own nails for year & use gel at home so I'm not going to spend spend extra there because of the added price. Just getting hard to reach my toes anymore. I think they used the oil on purpose so people will have to go with the gel and higher price! I never went back!!!

First didn't apply the gel on properly this was after applying more than once treated it as nail polish instead of hard gel didn't even create an apex on the nails. Then when I questioned it totally ignored me. I gave him a chance to correct the mistake instead he ignored and went on with filing. Which wasn't even then when I asked if he could fixed it throws the file on the table basically telling me to do it myself. I asked him to stop and then he got upset and stated why I waited until he was done. Really you're the expert I waited for a correction. I told him he was rude and didn't know what he was doing and he said no to come back. Why would I come back to a place of business to have worked performed by someone who can't to do job. You sound stupid luckily I was able to get my nails fixed elsewhere and at that business they agreed that it was a hack job.
