I had a classic manicure on Saturday, and I woke up in the middle of the night with throbbing pain on my pointer finger. Low and behold I looked up what this could be, and I realized I had Paronychia, a bacterial infection from the manicure. The nail bed at the edge of my finger is swollen and green. Went to this place after a difficult Thursday at 5PM. I didn't have an appointment but was greeted with a smile and taken care of very quickly. I don't really like speaking during my appointments and Lilly seemed to get that and I'm so appreciative. She was very sweet and did EXACTLY what I envisioned. She's incredibly talented, 100/10 recommend. The total for my full set was $85 (before tip) and it took about an hour and 15 minutes. BRING CASH. The first two times I went they did a phenomenal job for such a cheap price, but today they botched my birthday nails and had me pay $90, the lady used two different shades of the color I requested which I didn't notice until the end because she refused to show me my nails while she was working on them and did a really poor job on my designs. I enjoyed my experience at the Nail Spa! I originally came in after searching Yelp for salons that did nail art and seeing the Nail Spa as the top result. I had envisioned a look with iridescent/holographic butterfly stickers and was happy to find photos in the Nail Spa's gallery of clients with the stickers I wanted. I booked an appointment the day before for me and a friend and they were able to see us the following morning. Overall, I'm satisfied with how my nails turned out. I got dip in shade 32. My nail technician (I believe his name is Kevin) even suggested to add a little bit of powder and glitter to the nails getting the butterfly stickers, and the effect came out great! There's a bit of bubbling on a few of my nails but I can overlook that. Meanwhile, my friend got a gel manicure and added stickers of fall leaves as well as gold foil to her accent nails. She loves her nails, too! I like how spacious and clean the Nail Spa is. The aesthetic of the salon lives up to the fact that it's located in Celebration Pointe, meaning it looks of high quality and luxury while maintaining prices that are comparable to cheaper-looking spots. Our nail technicians were also very nice and engaged in conversation with us. I can't wait to enhance my nail game with all the different designs they can do! Today there was a person who looked like he was a trainee and had to ask several times in Vietnamese, questions relevant to my pedicure. Finally a younger more seasoned person took over and completed the manicure pedicure. It was an overall good experience but I wish that they would train the trainees a little better. read more

The service and quality was poor, especially for the price. The people at the front greeted me and I seated promptly for my pedicure. The pedicure was rushed, the tech was acting lazy as if he didn't want to service me. Near the end the guy just laid a hot towel across the front of my legs for about 30 seconds before wiping the scrub off my feet (other places put scrub on legs/feet and wrap hot towels on each leg/foot). My experience was not a memorable one. When my friend I got there the place was empty at 11am on a Wednesday. I asked for a pedi & mani. My pedi was all of 20 minutes. The girl literally put scrub on my legs and on wiped it off an she was done. No massaging no scrubbing no nothing! I still had calluses on my big toes that i had asked her to remove. She said she was done. I got the callous scrub she did cut my cuticles but not very well. Then on to the manicure, i had specifically asked her when i first got there if the manicure & pedi consisted of cleaning up my cuticles? She answered yes. Well lets just say i had skin all over my cuticles that could have been cut that wasn't. it looked the same as when i came in. The she painted my nails so thick that the paint started to peel off 2 days later. I had this done on Wednesday for vacation on Friday needless to say i gad to repaint my nails. Then after she was done she never returned and i sat there for 5 minutes she never returned ‍ That is not customer service. What a waste of money!!!! I will not be returning. read more

I tried this place because I heard/read the reviews that Anna was good. The salon is very spacious with lots of seats. I went for a gel pedicure. I made the appt with the receptionist and was told I could come around 10:15 for her. When I came, Anna(who I didn't know was her) greeted me and asked how can she help, I said I have an appt with Anna and she looked rather surprised and went to review the books to see if I was on the appt list but nevertheless she did my pedicure. I loved that she used a brand new nail kit on my toes and took her time. I got the deluxe gel pedicure. She was very nice and we chatted but she told me she doesn't do appts; she told me how she never had time to take vacations and etc which makes sense but for me and my lifestyle I prefer appts so because of that I probably won't go back because I'm particular when it comes to my nail care and rather build a rapport/relationship and continue going to the same person for both nails and toes than different people. Overall she was really nice, I would recommend going to her and the salon-I had a good experience and the people seemed very polite; I would definitely go back if I wasn't so particular. read more
