Before we even picked up our u-haul truck we called back and asked a couple questions where we were faced with a representative who seemed annoyed with our questions and gave us short unhelpful answers. We called later that day asking if it would be a problem if we brought the truck back a little late. They said no that's fine as long as you let us know you're going to be late. That is the only answer we got for that nothing more nothing less. Well when we got back to the storage unit the gate was locked and we couldn't get in. So we called the number on the gate that was posted for after hours questions and got treated by a voice mail. So we had to take the truck home over night and our car was locked inside there gates so I missed work this morning due to not having my car. I called back the after hours number in the morning and explain my situation and the guy was a smart a** and pretty much told me it is what it is. So because they told us it was fine to bring it later and that turned out to be untrue we got charged almost $100 more than the original contract stated Never doing business with U- Haul again and if you're I.
