I was given four different bills and charged different amounts than what was originally discussed. My appointments for the cleaning and cavity work were also scheduled incorrectly. During my third visit, the billing staff couldn't even locate my second payment, even though my bank statement clearly showed it had been paid. What made things worse was that I found out I supposedly needed to pay again for the cavity fillings while I was already in the chair with anesthetic in my mouth. The office planned to do both the cleaning and fillings, just like they did during the first half of my treatment, but suddenly the billing was different again because they couldn't keep track of my payments. Then I was told that if I paid again, they could "fit me in," which was upsetting considering the confusion was caused by their own billing mistakes. Eventually they mentioned some type of "credit," but none of it made sense and the entire situation felt disorganized and unprofessional. At this point, I'd rather go somewhere else that knows how to bill patients correctly and keep accurate payment records.

They listen every time I tell them I have dental anxiety and need a gentle touch. And never make me feel bad about it. They are accommodating with my schedule and always go above and beyond explaining things. I find that they don't talk at me or make me feel like I don't have a choice in my care but work with me. I'll be moving soon and am sad I won't be with them much longer as the commute from Florida will be too far! But if I lived within the hour I'd make the drive.

The front desk staff was actually very kind and helpful, so this review is not directed at them. But once someone finally came to do my X-rays, I asked how much longer the appointment would realistically take since I had work later in the morning. They avoided giving me a straight answer at first and eventually told me it could still take another 40 minutes to an hour. At that point, I left before they could even begin the X-rays because I simply could not keep waiting. I understand delays happen occasionally, but why schedule patients for 9:00 AM appointments if the office clearly isn't ready to see them anywhere near that time? The entire experience felt extremely overcrowded and overbooked. Honestly, I should have realized something was off when they were able to offer me a next-day appointment so easily. Very disappointing experience and I won't be returning.

They had so many great reviews that I had to check it out. Such a beautiful office and wonderful people working there. The hygienist, dental assistant and the dentist were all so wonderful. No shaming over the state of my teeth. No pushing services I didn't want just a really good cleaning. I had a gum issue that we talked about fixing and they gave me the amount after insurance and I was able to schedule for the next week. Again a great experience. I highly recommend checking them out.
