Jon was so nice and professional, he did a thorough inspection and gave me a very reasonable quote for simple maintenance such as oil change, new windshield washer motor, wiper blades, and new rear brakes. He told me the rear brakes were 80% worn and that I could get by for a few more months if needed & that the front brakes were fine. I opted to have him replace the brakes now. I took it in at 9:30, and he had the work finished by 5:00 at, what I consider, a very reasonable price. This is an A+ place! I'm recommending this business to all of my friends!

Then they stated they couldn't keep vehicle running. Wouldn't idle. Instead of waiting on figuring it out I decided to have it picked up so I could diagnose it and fix it. Was running fine when delivered to shop. Upon me getting truck back, opened door and truck had such a strong smell of cat pee. Seat cover on drivers seat was folded over. I unfolded it and surprise was waiting for me in the seat, cat crapped all over seat. Pee all over the floor board and more cat crap all over the seats in the back of truck. This should not happen. This is what I'm most upset about. Besides transmission being fixed (can't test) experience as horrible mainly because of the exposure to cat everything inside my truck. Now I have to clean it.
