I would like to give a huge shout out to this business and the owner in general! I (reluctantly) sent my teenage daughter, without me, to get her car inspected. I told her to contact me if they tried to pressure her to get any work done before passing inspection. She was feeling a little down when she went in, as a rock had chipped her windshield. The owner (I cannot remember his name) noticed she was upset and was very engaging with her while she waited to get her car inspected. They completed the inspection with no issue and no pressure for additional services. Awesome people. Had a brake caliper lock up on me and just happened to be across the street from this place. Limped my jeep across the road and walked in around 3:30. They where busy but I explained to them I was 2 hours away from home. They got me right in and had me back on the road in just a couple of hours. DO NOT GO HERE! They seem really friendly at first but they really overcharge their customers. And obviously they weren't paying attention because some mechanic from there left their screwdriver in my engine and slammed the hood. Thankfully I found the tool before it popped my hood open while I was on the road or something horrific like that. I understand that accidents happen but the fact that they didn't care when I bought it to their attention really pisses me off and i will never recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself and research your car before bringing it to them. They estimated that I would have to pay $300 for my cars exhaust cam actuator but the only thing wrong with my car was the wrong oil grade. read more

I just picked up my car from A Plus Auto Repair. These guys are so nice and so very helpful. My poor little car went in there about 4 and needed a new radiator. One of the guys agreed to stay late and fix it for me so I wouldn't be without a car over the weekend. This was such a nice experience, the nicest of people, and I feel myself extremely lucky to have found them. I will certainly be back the next time I'm in need of a good mechanic. I do not write reviews often however this shop was clean and close to my home so I took my car in for service. This was one of the very worst shops I have ever taken my car to. The person working the counter was rude and slow on returning calls. I had my car worked on and I still had issue with the way it ran for months after. They keep telling me it was another issue & when I took to another repair shop they told me that they did not even do the work listed on the paperwork I was charged for. I will never go to A plus auto again. I sent my Wife for a brake light repair and here we go $190 later on a repair, I am no mechanic but I know it should have not been that much. The car was their max 3hours and at half of that time was waiting on the part. I know labor could not have been that much. We then got the reciept with no breakdown of labor or how much parts were! I called them up and asked for a breakdown of charges and got nothing,except the labor charge of $45 an hour ok how does my bill equal$190 with a couple of bulbs and a switch Yikes!!! The owner telling me how much his rent cost their $6000 a month. I told him so your customers are overcharged to pay your rent!! Watch out for these people especially if your a Woman!! I feel like they took advantage of my Senior citizen wife and her not knowing and just paid the bill!! read more
