You fill out an online form with some basic info about your move, then they call you to confirm, ask you for any needed clarification and provide you pricing and an ETA on when your movers will arrive, how many there will be, etc. 2. They are punctual. If they say they'll be there by 9AM, chances are they'll be there by 8:45. Also, they call you when they're en route just to make sure you're ready for them. 3. They work hard and fast and do what it takes to get the job done including taking doors off hinges, unscrewing the feet from an oversized couch, etc. 4. Sometimes they'll throw in an extra worker for free which speeds things up and simplifies moving heavier items. The less good: 1. Price. Every time I've used them, my needs have been the same but the price is always higher than the time before. The price for my move this year was a little under $300 for two guys, one truck and less than an hour of work.

I got a call back at 3:34 PM confirming I was on the schedule for tomorrow at 9 AM, said thanks and I'll see you tomorrow. Saturday 9:30 AM - No Show, I think, well maybe they're just running a bit late. So, I called 9:31 M, 9:54 AM, 10:06 AM (leaving messages to please call and I'm waiting for movers), I got no answer nor did anyone show up. And I ask well if you didn't have me scheduled why wait so long to call me back because I had left several very panic messages waiting for movers to show. He said something about out on another call or something of that nature and could get my calls. PLEASE!! And he questioned me about if I called this number, did I speak with him and he's the owner, and I said I'm pretty sure it was you I spoke with from day one. And after a few minutes of back and forth, I said listen I'm in the middle of finishing my move, I've got to go and I hung up. Even for like five days out. Super strange to me. I had to arrive in town and show up in front of this nice building sweaty, in a large Penske truck, hoping they had availabilities. When speaking with the front desk, I was all but assured that with my short timeline, I'd be able to snag a climate controlled unit when I came. Well, guess what wasn't available when I rolled up? So I got stuck with a unit a size down, and not climate controlled. My deceased mother was an artist and I have many of her original works on canvas I was concerned about in the extreme humidity of a Florida summer, so I ended up just keeping them out. I also wasn't told until the end that I had to provide my own lock, and ended up having to buy one right there from them at an inflated price. Now, you may say, why not just go to a different storage unit place if all this stuff happened ? Well, that's why I'm writing the review, I guess. You make your own decision.
