Jordan was extremely helpful over the phone - I am an hour away- as were the other people I spoke with. The same is true of when I picked up the saw yesterday (two weeks after buying over the phone). Brandon, Jordan, Ashley, and Sharon could not have been nicer nor more professional. I hate that the store is not closer to me, because they would be my go-to for anything related to lawn equipment!

She asked if I needed help with anything. I told her I was interested in looking at the mowers. She showed me where they were and answered my questions all while helping 2 other customers. She was very professional. I decided to buy a mower and Scott the manager came over and helped me get the mower loaded into my vehicle. Scott and Kia both made the purchase a smooth one. My husband has used chain saws for over 40 years and knows how they operate. We brought it back to Northern Tool, the manager (Shannan) said that their mechanic was on vacation, so she took the chain saw to a back room and tried to start it and was unable to. She came back and said that my husband must have flooded it. My husband said that we would just exchange it for another saw. She said that we could not do that. My husband said that we would just return it for a refund. She said that there was a $70.00 restocking fee! We never even used the saw! It was brand new! She was adamant about the fee and charged it. My husband asked for the name of customer service so he could lodge a complaint. When he called customer service, he was told to call Derek Kurtz, who is the district manager. He called Mr. Kurtz, and was told that they have had a lot of problems with the Stihl MS 331 chain saw, but usually after the customer brings it back to their mechanic three or four times, it will work! This is utterly ridiculous! We then went to Lowes Home Improvement and bought a Husqvarna chain saw and it started right up and works just fine.

You can find reasonably priced items that can be difficult to buy elsewhere. We drive 30 minutes just to get their deals. You'll have a hard time not buying anything in the store because you will find something you need. Its a must go!

Customer service starts with helping the customer, not lying to them. There were still many people walking around inside and more in line checking out. I explained that I needed another lock to match one I had purchased recently, and that I knew right where they were. I could get it and be in line to check out in seconds. He lied and told me that they had already shut all the registers down, even though both were checking out customers. I sat out front for 15 minutes while customers continued to exit the store with their purchases. I have done a lot of business with this store but will not waste my time making the trip ever again. I suggest you reconsider doing business with a store that doesn't care about your time, or their integrity.

There is nothing I am going to do for you. ' Not even a paper towel was given to me. And I am a handicapped senior it's pretty ingenious to manipulate a lid past third row of seats while driving. I called corporate office and was told the stores individually handle complaints. I spend 2 hours struggling to clean the vehicle and it's still not clean.
