Had a pedicure and gel manicure. After 3-4 days, my gel manicure started to lift. I it's so bad…read morethat when I wash my hair it literally pulls out some hair. One of my nails has lost the gel completely. This has never happened before at other salons. I then called the salon and told them what was going on, as it was 10 days ago that I had it done. I told them my issues, and they first said it should last 2-3 weeks. They got another employee on the phone, and I explained again. She said it was my fault for washing my hands too much or doing too much with my hands and sometimes only last 7 days. Problem is it didn't make it to day four. No I can fix, no I'm sorry this happened to you. Nothing. I will never go back and I do not recommend this salon. Would give zero stars if I could.

He hollered to the back a few words and "polish on toes" and said just a moment. The lady he was speaking to looked out from where she was, and then proceeded to do anything and everything else for almost 10 mins. I got up to leave after about 8 minutes and the man said "oh just one minute maam she's coming." He then shouted something else out to her. She came out of the room, stood and drank water, walked around the desk at the front another couple of minutes, then rudely shouted at me "so what do you need?" I'm not sure why she asked because he had already told her. I said "regular polish on my toes." I brought my own polish, but she then shouted to me "it's $22 for regular and $25 for gel." Now, just yesterday, my friend who I'm going to dinner with today, went to Bella and paid $15 for polish only on her toes. It seems the lady was trying to price gouge because there were no customers. I guess she didn't feel like working. I left and just painted my own toes since I was now crunched for time after being in the salon close to 15 minutes- probably the same amount of time it would have taken to polish my toes in a place that had 2 workers and 1 customer.

I had been looking for a good nail salon and have never been before and decided to go in. I was immediately welcomed in and I asked did they have time do my nails. They said yes. A told the nice little lady this was my first time and I did not really know what I wanted. She placed several nail color swatches in front of me and I selected the color I wanted. She asked did I want to try the dip? And of course I said ok because I did not know what nail stuff was. She was very gentle , asked me what length I wanted and through out the whole process she kept asking me did the shape look ok. It did. Then another little lady came by and brought my husband and I a bottle of water . What a nice gesture! There was. TV mounted in the wall behind the lady and had gentle, soothing music playing and serene images on the TV. It was so relaxing in there I wanted to fall asleep. She finished in about 45 minutes. She oiled my fingers and then put lotion on both my hands and then began massaging my hands and fingers! Bones were a popping and cracking and I looked at her and we both burst out in crazy laughter because I told her that I was not expecting that! She asked did it hurt? I said, no, keep going and we could not stop laughing. My nails look so beautiful ! Everyone was so sweet and professional! Thank you so much T. Very soft on your hands and you feel like your relaxing. I have been looking for a location in Midlothian and this is it. $20 for fills. Some places are $13-15. Lashes are very reasonable $100 or $80 depending on your preference. Other places charge $200. Brow tinting is also a plus!
