Took my dog buddy in for his rabies first time I was there. What did they do gave him 2 vaccine we didn't ask for. Only found out of the mistake when we went to have him groomed and on his paperwork there was no rabies vaccine. So I was billed for 2 vaccines I never asked for. All I got was a sorry and to bring him back in for his rabies. Also my dog isn't nurtured and the paper work said he was. Pretty obvious he isn't. Then the second vist we took him got his rabies. A couple weeks later I get a call saying he needed his sutures out. Obviously he had no sutures. So in two visits he was given the wrong vaccines. Messed up his vet records and called us for something he didn't need. Cost me extra money for vaccines he didn't need and miss time at work. If you dont mind incompetency then go here but If your someone who expects there vets to be held at the standards as all medical professionals then I would say go somewhere else.

It is a very toxic environment and I would not recommend this to anyone. They left me unemployed for a month because I left a great job for them as they gave me a good offer. I guess the horrible stories I've heard from people are true!! They also let assistants perform euthanasia's, which is incredibly illegal! Only a licensed veterinarian may do so, or a licensed vet tech with the proper certification under the DIRECT supervision of a veterinarian! They will also perform this via intracardiac route, which as outlined by the AVMA should only be done to animals under sedation or anesthesia. They would be very much conscious! Again, the ASSISTANT would be doing this and sometimes have to do it at least 3 times!! It's so appalling. Euthanasia is a privilege as we can use it to alleviate suffering. It's a very sad practice, but it should only be fulfilled with respect and not pure ignorance. Intracardiac = injection into the heart = a lot of pain!!

They are so good to us here, it feels like we are visiting family. The staff here is absolutely incredible. The people who worked here a year ago are still here, and they're the same passionate, caring people we met on day one. My dog loves coming here, and he has become so much more social with other dogs. It's great to see him play and have so much fun. I can't wait to see all the big things they have planned for 2018.

I use to be a great customer and still don't understand it...but was treated rudely by management one day based on one of the very younger employees comments. My dog use to get her haircut and bath up there but price has doubled since January 2024. My dog use to enjoy the day care and we used it frequently, but now they have some wilder dogs going who bite , ride, ect my dog. I notice on camera that she is usually staying alone , but when she comes home she actually needs a bath from being up there. It is not the place imo it use to be. Maybe having trouble keeping quality employees. I have noticed a pretty large turnover , but I'm now completely done, with boarding, day care, and grooming services.
