We pulled to the side of the road to check and find out right tire was torn to shreds. Since we just brought the RV few weeks ago, we had no tools, jacks and not even an ordinary screwdriver. Around us there were the only farm, no person insight and no car on the road has stopped to help us. We called to a local tow company and they referred us to these super guys at Tire Zone! They responded immediately to our call. Miguel said that he would come out to help us change the tire on the road in 15 minutes. Within 10 minutes they came to the rescue! We were saved! Less than through 25 minutes we were on the way! The guys are working quickly and efficiently, at the highest level. Big thank you to Miguel and the guys!

Although we were about a 40 minute drive out, they came out very quickly and efficiently, informed us of their location, and found us without much trouble on our part. I showed up at 6pm, an hour before they close at 7pm because my car notified me of a flat tire. I…read morestood outside while 2 men worked in the garage and no one acknowledged me. After 5 minutes, I walked inside and spoke with Angela, explained I had a flat that needed to be changed out. She said, "oh I'm sorry, we are no longer accepting cars" I asked what she meant, as there was an hour left before closing and there I was the only vehicle waiting. She explained that her manager had asked them not to accept cars after 6pm. I asked to speak to the manager, she replied with "they're not here". I asked where in their policy it said they are no longer to accept cars after 6pm, she said it doesn't, but it's what the manager wants. The manager who was no where to be found. She sent me to talk to the men outside to put air in my tire, which is all they could do. I said I tried and they ignored me. So she went to speak to them and after another 10 mins. He finally came to put air. Now 630pm I asked again if they could change out my tire, he said no because they weren't allowed to accept cars after 6pm even though they close at 7pm. I explained again the urgency, and they did not care. No offer to put on my spare, or any kind of assistance. He said to return in the morning if it flattens again, I said I'm here now because it's flat, what is the difference in the morning, asides from making me wait. I asked for the manager, said would return on Wednesday . I asked for the district/regional manager, and they refused. Saying I could find the information online. I use to go here because it was convenient as I shopped I could get my oil changed, or tires rotated but now...I am disgusted at their level of professionalism and customer service. Not aligned with the mission statement of the company, and by the sounds of it, is lead and empowered by the manager of the auto center. I urge you to go to local shops in the city that will not hesitate, regardless of the time to help a person in need out, which is what I had to do. I showed up 10 mins before closing at pacific tires, and they changed it no questions asked, took less then 15 mins.
