Just like the rest of the reviews say the blonde woman that works here has zero personality and is not friendly at all. This definitely makes the whole experience not pleasant. I got a small berry smoothie which wasn't bad but was a bit on the watery side unfortunately, wasn't the worst I had but definitely had much better ones. My wife got an açaí bowl which looked amazing but right after taking the first bite seems like the açaí was more than half way melted which was very disappointing. Overall the place looks nice especially having a small outside deck by the entrance with some chairs where you can sit and enjoy your food. I will most likely not come back here again just go somewhere else instead. read more

This is an unassuming little smoothie shop near the buoy that tourists take photos with. It smells a bit like floor cleaner inside and service is polite and quick. They have the whole pineapple drinks and the flavor is pina colada. I got one for funsies but was shocked when the total came out to be $17. The smoothie was good and the pineapple on the rim was sweet, but definitely not worth that amount of money. I am once again shocked at the price of smoothies and juices. I think I'll stick to making them myself at home! read more

Came here on our walk along Duval street, ordered a very refreshing coconut water drink and berry smoothie both were good. I do have to agree with some of the other reviews, the blonde woman working there is not the most friendly person not rude, just did not seem very personable. read more

What a great find in Key West on a hot, humid June day! The family and friends enjoyed all our smoothies here. Forgot to take pics of our drinks, because we chugged them all down so fast. The lady working here seems so miserable like she is annoyed to serve you. They also fail to tell you that their pina colada drink that they claim is pineapple, coconut cream, coconut milk has 2% milk. She seemed very annoyed when I told her I couldn't do dairy and I asked specifically what it had and she told me the above 3 ingredients. Save your money find a more friendlier place that wants your money and wants to serve you! You are in freaking key west...beautiful place with beautiful weather enjoy life and don't be so miserable. If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered a snow cone and a couple waters. The snow cone was $8 for ice and some syrup! I get that we are in Key West, but then she proceeded to smash the ice down to make it level with the small cup. By smashing it down, it was impossible to eat as you had to chisel it out with a spoon. What a waste!! Employee/Owner was rude and was too busy checking her apple watch instead of giving customer service. I won't be spending my money here again. There are plenty other smoothie shops willing to take my cash in Key West. read more

You know how you always see those touristy people walking around with their tropical drink in a pineapple or coconut? Don't you wonder if the drinks are any good or are they just watered down tourist traps? Well folks, don't worry, because we checked it out for you! We ordered the mango tango smoothie and a strawberry watermelon, both in pineapples. I also ordered a small iced latte. The mango tango was absolutely delicious, and I'm not a huge mango fan. It had other tropical flavors like pineapple and banana so it wasn't all "in your face" mango". We would definitely order again. Our other smoothie was featured on the handwritten sign out front: strawberry watermelon. It was more strawberry than watermelon, but again delicious and would definitely order again. Because we requested both drinks be served in pineapples, I really don't think we got our money's worth. The drinks, while delicious, were sucked down in what seemed like just a few sips. Also, I paid $37 for those three drinks. WTH?! We will definitely return, but not order in a "fruit cup". The iced latte was fine, just an iced latte, nothing special, nothing bad. read more

This place was gross. Ordered two avocado veggie pininis and three coconuts. It was Not pressed or hot, it was dry had no flavor and black mold on my tomatoes. And the coconuts were warm. If I could I've give this place zero stars I would. read more

Ordered a pina colada. We ordered at 3:03 PM but had wait for 25 minutes. Also the one they gave started to leak and juice was dripping onto the floor from the pineapple and when we complained about this the lady was very rude she grabbed the pineapple and threw it into the sink. Had wait another 5 minuted for the order. A total of 30 minutes for a drink that cost 16$. Honestly when we started drinking the juice had ice that hasn't even been completely crushed. Ruined part of our day. Wish we hadn't even entered the store. read more

I'll give zero star if I could. 2 coconuts for $15 and they tasted like they've expired for a month. I couldn't even have the 2nd sip. Ultimately disgusting. And don't get me start with the poker faces and rudeness of the staffs or owner or whatever. They are the disgrace of beautiful Key West. read more

I have had my share fair of smoothies and açaí bowls and I don't really understand what everyone is raving about. I got the mango açaí smoothie bowl. I could not taste the açaí at all. However the fresh mangoes on top taste very good. My boyfriend got the berry- nana smoothie and there was very little flavor in it. It taste more like water than fruit. Best smoothie spot in Key West! We had the Dragon berry & it was so refreshing, hydrating and delicious. Inexpensive too! We payed $5 for the kids size which is similar to a small size. We were definitely okay with that since other places sold smoothies for almost $10 a pop If I ever make it back to Key West I know where to grab my smoothies from. read more

We got the mango açaí bowl with peanut butter. The açaí had no flavor, the mangoes weren't fresh, and the peanut butter was the cheapest peanut they could possibly find. We also got a lemonade. Tap water mixed into some sort of lemonade powder during a boil water notice mind you. Suffice it to say we threw it all away after only a few bites. A waste of $28. read more

I would give a ZERO if i could.. ABSOLUTE WORST place ever and the owner's attitude was horrible as well. We asked for a Lemonade and was served a 6.99 cup of I don't know what.. it had no taste. When I questioned her, she treated me as if I was the ignorant one. Extremely poor attitude. Place is very dirty as well. I asked for a pineapple juice, as the store is decorated with tens of them, but somehow it wasn't possible to juice it... The closest thing they said would be orange and pineapple mix so we ordered that and anothet smoothie from their menu. Both were mostly just ice, didn't even taste anything and that's probably why they didn't serve pineapple juice as they prefer to mix it with lots of water or ice. Too expensive for the quality, would not visit again. read more

I was excited to see this place after a long hot day sight seeing. We were very disappointed. Really watered down smoothie with a lot of ice. Not much fruit. Could tell it was intentional so they could save money but still charged $8 for a smoothie that should have been all fruit for that price. Ripping people off. read more

This place had terrible customer service. As we were walking in the people walking out warned us that the employee had a terrible attitude. We still decided to give it a chance and she slammed down a case of water while giving us a devil glare. We turned around and left and so did the people behind us in line. read more

Not sure why people gave such poor reviews. We were on Duval Street and just happened to walk by. There were all these coconuts with straws right outside and made me want a coconut. It's refrigerated so it's very refreshing. The girl was going to give me a brown coconut so I asked for a green one. She said the brown one would be sweeter but gave me both for price of one. It was so delicious and refreshing. My daughter got the Don Tropical smoothie with banana, pineapple, papaya and orange juice. She loved it! I recommend this place. Not sure if it's what I ordered but my idea of a crepe is not what I got. At first it was $6 then for every topping you add is $2 extra. Not sure what a $6 comes with. I ended up spending $21 and my mother immediately threw out her strawberry/caramel crepe and I got a ham and cheese crepe. Imagine what I would've gotten had I only paid $6 ??? Just the tortilla? Delicious smoothies. Great service. They didn't have the "kid" size as advertised on their menu, but my son drank every last drop of the "regular" size. Even asked to go back again later that same day. Will definitely return the next time I find myself in Key West. read more

It could easily feed two people, but I managed to finish the entire thing. For a beverage, I ordered a Mocha Latte. The flavor was very good, but it was served on the cool side. It was completely cold before I finished, and I ended up tossing the last portion. They only serve drinks in paper cups, not ceramic mugs. Although mugs were visible, I was told the health department does not allow them to use them. For me, coffee in a real mug always feels better than paper. Service I have mixed feelings about the service. The person taking my order seemed a bit on edge. When I asked about the mug situation, she appeared annoyed that I would even ask. Since it was my first visit, I asked about the most popular donut, and that also seemed to irritate her. I rephrased and asked for her personal favorite instead, which she answered more willingly. I noticed a few other staff interactions, and the overall tone of the crew felt tense. Not sure if that's typical or if it was just a busy morning. Atmosphere I took a small table inside to finish my coffee and donut. There are several small tables, best suited for two people. Toward the back of the dining area there were boxes and pallets visible. This isn't necessarily a place you visit for ambiance. Most people grabbed a box of donuts and left. Only a handful were dining inside. If you want a good donut with creative flavors, this place delivers. Just don't expect a relaxed coffee shop experience with welcoming, friendly staff.
