I've always couple of good experiences here and a couple not so great experiences so take this review how you will, but the last two times I've shown up they wouldn't cout my son's hair when they had no one waiting in line with 25mins before closing time which made me even want to go back. Today my Son asked if we could go there again to get a haircut the lady that cut his hair did a great job btw not the part I'm upset with, we had 4 people ahead of while waiting for about an hour to get a haircut that can be a longtime for a 7 year old and when his turn was next think the barbers name was Sarah from what I gathered as a regular had just walked in the door, I've only got time for one more haircut one of the other girls will cut his hair when they are done, now I'm pretty positive they don't do appointments. My boys needed a cut because they looked like unkept creatures..I was not fond of the last haircut my youngest son got at another barber shop, so it was time for a change. I went here for the first time.. It was awesome!! My boys look perfect. The lady that cut my baby sons hair was patient and did gods work with her cutting / blending skills... Mind you he's 2 years old. Love it !!! The Oldest looked like a new kid!! My kids look like a million bucks. Thanks for the awesome cut and we'll definitely be back for their next cut. read more

I would like to start off by saying this was my second time taking my son here. The first time was decent nothing special but not bad. My son had been growing his hair all summer and wanted to get ready for picture day so we came back. I initially asked to keep it longer on top and 2 on the side. My son has random Callocs so it's not easy to cut I understand. But I asked her to trim the "bangs" and it was all lopsided... she trimmed his whole top, it was still uneven in the front so I asked again... and she cut the top again. At this point there was little hair on top to "style" so I gave up I did not want her cutting anymore it was unfixable. I think I would have let the review go and chalked it up to a bad haircut.... But she had very very bad chairside manor. My son is 6 and sits well for the most part... I had to keep wiping the loose hair out of his face because she was dropping it all over him.. he was starting to fidget because he was itchy.... I had to ask her to blow the hair off of him, and what she did was take the hair dryer and blow it right into his face. We left and I needed to take a wet wipe to remove hair from his eyes. So after we get home I give him a shower to see how AWFUL the cut was. The back is uneven he still has long hairs around his ears going into his ear. We had to clean it up at home. I think above all I am upset I accidentally lost my judgment and tipped her. Don't take your littles here! read more

If I could give the lady 0 stars for today's experience I would. I've had my hair cut there before & the experience was way more pleasant and comfortable. However, the lady today, was something else. One of the first things I asked her was if she knew how to cut my type of hair because I've had issues in the past where the barber was just not familiar with my hair type . She gave me a weird look and said she could. We proceeded and she was saying how my fat roll was getting in the way of her ability to fade/taper it correctly, she never had me move my head down to minimize the rolled skin. She wanted my head faced straight up throughout the cut. She also said a reason for the blending not being perfect is because of my curly hair, which is what I tried to make sure she was comfortable with in the beginning. She showed me her progress, then when I asked her to touch up a spot she told me if I want an hour long haircut that's perfect she will give me some recommendations for different barber shops. She said there was a place by Red Wagon I could go to that charge $45 minimum & charge by the time. I paid $28.00 for it to not be blended well. Don't get a fade or taper by her. This rating is meant towards the barber not the barbershop. read more

I came in asking about a simple cut, the ladies were very friendly and reasonable. I am growing my hair out, but needed some trimming along my neck area. The ladies were very knowledgeable about fading, trimming, etc. I will be returning and recommend people give them a chance. read more

I stopped in here about a month ago to get my haircut. I walked right in, was warmly greeted young woman who was finishing up with her other client. The shop was clean and comfortable and I didn't have to wait long. My hair is very difficult to cut (thick, curly, goes in every direction). The young woman (I cant remember her name), listened closely to how I wanted my haircut and proceeded accordingly. She worked fast and did a fantastic job on my hair. I was in and out of the shop within an hour. I left the shop feeling pretty good that day. I definitely recommend this place. read more
