The mix of shops is fantastic, with a great balance of familiar favorites and more unique boutiques. I stop into a few stores regularly, but what I really love is that it's not just about shopping. It's the atmosphere: open, clean, and beautifully maintained. Whether I'm grabbing an ice cream, wandering with a coffee, or just finding a shady bench to sit and catch up on work with my laptop, it always feels like a mini escape. There are several fantastic restaurants throughout the square as well. We dine at them on a regular basis, or grab a quick bite when on a mission running errands. (see my other reviews for those) During the holidays, they go all out with the decorations, and winter is especially magical when the ice rink goes up. I've never actually skated on it due to rain or the crowds, but I love watching families have fun on it, and it makes me smile. Parking can get a little tricky on weekends or during events, but it's manageable, and honestly, I never mind walking a bit when the weather's nice. The area feels safe, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed. Check the calendar though because they always have events throughout the year, and some of them are amazing.

In my personal opinion, this mall is a 90's kid dream. My only complaints would be the parking and lack of a decent food court. Dicks Sporting Goods, Bath & Body Works, Michaels, Old Navy, Daiso (so fun), Burlington, Five Below, Home Goods... with restaurants like Outback Steakhouse, Lazy Dog, Five Guys, Panera, Starbucks, Pie Five, Pei Wei. With a handful of lesser known options like Midici Pizza and First Watch Cafe. All great options! There's also a decent selection of barbershops, salons, and spas. And a movie theater (Cinepolis) and Dave & Busters! Plenty to see and do and eat and spend your money on. Don't forget to go to Total Wine! So Michaels is my craft store of choice! The store is clean, well lit, and organized. They also have an app that will tell you what aisle things are on, if you already know what you're looking for. They do really good sales and the people are friendly. The only thing I don't like, and everyone is doing it, is the self checkout. You have to have at least one employee manning the self checkout, but no one to actually do it. I hate that.

I witnessed a worker being rude to an older lady that didn't understand how to use the self service registers the worker told her multiple times and ways that there's not normally people up there to help her so she needs to figure it out. The people working act like it's such an inconvenience to help you at the register which I don't really understand, it's not like they are busy putting merchandise out. The place is pretty empty and has very little selection.
