I wish I would've read the reviews before I purchased the card. When I put the four dollars in I thought the card was coming loaded, why in the world would I pay for a four dollar card and then add additional funds. This is what greed looks like. I've had a really good experience at this laundromat. It's always clean, well-lit, and the machines work great. I love the variety size washers that are available and dryers that do get very hot. You have to know your way around with what dryers get hot so you are not wasting money. The women staff are nice such a younger one and one that is wears a ponytail/a mask but has a mole on her face - very pleasant! Overall I enjoy coming here, the only con is some of the washers stink because the doors are being closed by staff and they need to be cleaned/drained. You have to sniff washers to know which ones to use or your clothes will smell. read more

Very clean and nice employees who were very helpful. Make sure to bring $1 bills since the vending machines only take that (and when the bill exchanger is out of service); otherwise you can ask an employee and they may have change. The laundromat card is something you have to use to load up money to use the machines here. It is $4.00 for the card itself with $0 funds in it which you have to add near the back and you have to have th exact amount for the $4 (I believe you can also add funds with a debit/credit card). Washing machines are $3.75 for small-medium loads and $7.25 for bigger loads I believe. Drying machines are $0.25 per 10 minutes and you just have to keep re-inserting the laundromat card to add another 10 minutes. Washing is only up until 11 PM. Great place for night washes especially for people who get off work later in the day. Would recommend. read more

The laundromat is pretty big and able to cater to a lot of people even when busy there's always a couple of washers and dryers open. Staff is always helpful and can be seen cleaning and keeping the place tidy. One of the staff, Paola, always greets me with a smile and has been helpful despite the language barrier. Overall the place gets it done, you wash and you dry. The machines don't take coins they take a card that you reload at the machine and you can reload with either cash or card. For the most part the machines are clean, I always give them a sniff test and look inside (one time I found a few brown paper towels in there ) I've noticed the workers aren't great at keeping up with which machines are out of service so I would definitely test the dryer before you put in the whole amount and if you come across one that doesn't work then just flag down a worker. Although the workers are quite rude to be honest. They act like you're bothering them when you ask them ANYTHING, with the exception of ONE, she's very kind with light skin and dark hair, I wish I knew her name so I can give her a shoutout. The other workers come off very condescending for absolutely no reason at all, like I'm their teenager who asked where the extra toilet paper is for the 100th time. One time I let them know that one of the dryers was down and I put money in it already, the lady loudly was like "well which one is it, I can't tell from here." I told her which number and then she still walked to the wrong one, if you're going to have attitude towards me then at least don't look ignorant. Yes, she resolved the issue, but the attitude and the way she solved it was uncalled for. The other time I got a knock on my car window advising me that my clothes are done and that they are closing (it was like 11:40p on a Tuesday night) and I went in and saw my clothes were in fact not done drying. I waited a few minutes and took them out before the time ended and luckily they were dry and I like to fold at home and as I was walking out I asked if they were closing early and the worker said "no we close at 11 and the person who closes doesn't take a lunch" I was taken back and dumbfounded, FIRST of all that's between you and your boss if you don't take a lunch and SECOND of all the sign says you close at 1pm and that LAST WASH is at 11p. So why are you closing before 12a? If there was a sign that said they closed early then I would have seen it before entering and respected it. Maybe she wanted to go home early? maybe there wasn't a closer and she had been working for 10+hrs? there is a slew of reasons it could be which is why I'm not too upset but I will say that it definitely left a bad taste in my mouth and I rather avoid coming here period. The same women also likes to sweep and mop like two inches from you and it's just too close for comfort for me. If you need a recommendation on another laundromat, go to the one on La Brea by Woodys BBQ, yes they are older business with there own issues but I've always been treated much better by the workers than I have ever been when I go to this place (with the exception of the one women) read more

Came on a Sunday around 4:30 pm. A bunch of families with kids getting their wash done. Felt friendly. Two attendants on duty- both very helpful. Plenty of parking. Starbucks across the street. Pay with a card- card cost $4. The only bummer was no wifi. read more

Oh how I've been turned off. Disregard being a very good and clean laundry mat on this particular day the services I've received were so unhelpful. Long story short their machine took my money and when I asked for help I was directed to call a number on their wall before they helped me. I proceeded to call the number on the wall which I called about 5 or so times with no answer. The owner proceed to text me with sorry regards. He asked the problem but from my understanding he wanted me to go to another washer and do it all over again which turned him to not respond back to me.
