This place is pretty clean and I haven't seen a washer or dryer "out of service" since this is only my third time here. They have a lot of different size washers. But they still have a "free wash" offer still on yelp. But when I went to use the offer the gentleman in the office said, they were no longer accepting the offer n that they haven't don't so in a long while. Umh then why don't u take the offer down? 2pm on a Saturday afternoon and ALL change machines were not working. The washers/dryers take quarters only. I was able to succesfully get quarters when I first arrived and loaded clothes into the washers, but when it came time to dry I needed more, and no workings change machine. A note on the door maintenance door said someone would be back by 7pm. I called the number provided and left a message. Someone did arrive within 30 minutes, emptied a couple washers and refilled the change machines, but such an inconvenience. A couple people came and left when they saw the change machines were not working. It also smells a little mildewy or even sewery when you walk in. read more

This morning I thought I was going to be washing my laundry as I do weekly on Sunday mornings but, instead I found out my washer was broken. Instead of throwing an adult tantrum I instantly did a map search of laundromats around me. Super Suds popped up and I was intrigued by the reviews. Along with my 6 year old I loaded up all the laundry and started my mission to Super Suds. Upon entering the facility I was happy to see that everything presented to be clean. Aesthetically, this place is super appeasing. There are vending machines, free wi-fi, attendants on site, restrooms, and fluff and fold services are offered. I specifically used the 30lbs washers that were $3.50/load. However there were other machines available: 90lbs, 50lbs, and 30lbs washers. There were also various dryers that can manage various volumes of laundry: 30lbs, 50lbs, and 80lbs. These dryers give you 10mins of dry time for .25. My loads were relatively small so I was able to use 20min for each of my loads. My items were thoroughly dried once my dry time ended. All of the washers and dryers worked! Broken appliances can be a pet peeve for me when using the laundromat. I definitely will be utilizing this facility in the near future or at least until I can get my washer fixed. read more

Clean laundromat with TERRIBLE customer service! The laundromat is often left unattended, so when there's a problem, you're SOL. THENNNN they like to say "we close at 9:30 tonight" when the sign clearly states they're open until 10! I've seen the attendant close the facility at 9:30 when people's clothes were still in the dryer and they didn't care if the customer had to come back the next day. They like to close early because they're lazy, so I suggest the gentlemen that work there (both of them) find jobs they like!!! read more

Was pleasantly surprised by how great this laundromat is. I needed to wash a large down comforter and this place was really close to my house. On a Thursday night, there were plenty of available quality machines of varying sizes (20, 30, 50, 80 lbs), free carts, folding surfaces, stocked vending machines, change machines, tables with seats, and not to mention their own lot with free parking! It was clean, well- lit, and other patrons were friendly. There were attendants on duty. Last wash is at 8PM. My laundry turned out well and the experience was as easy as I could've asked for. Horrible customer service when the women employee is working. I just fell and bruised my knee because she has a soaked wet rug in front of the door. When you enter with no warning or caution wet rug sign, keep in mind the floor isn't wet so your not expecting to tract water from the rug. I slipped down and told her what happened and she said " be careful " and then gets the wet floor sign. Really, the first thing she should have done was ask me how am I and do I need help. Decent laundromat that's always clean. I can tell they take time to clean the laundromat and machines throughout the day which is nice. Its currently coin operated, but they always have enough quarters. I hope they install those credit card pay machines on the washers. Quick note that they don't have any single loads which makes washing a little more costly, and I noticed that the price has gone up on the double loads. On the plus side they have enough large load machines for you to use for comforters and oversized laundry. So I recommend coming here if you have some serious washing to do. read more

The floor is littered with pet hair and debris and dryer sheets, yet they don't bother to sweep. Carts thrown every where, dodging then to put items in dryer. Only one cart to take clothing outside, and it's NEVER available. The washers seam way smaller than the other laundry mats. The cleanliness is my major issue! They don't even bother to dust so I have to wipe down the counter before I fold my laundry. Great laundromat! Hidden gem. I needed to do laundry and I passed by this place a couple of times. I decided to try it around 2pm on a Tuesday (time and day is important to some people). I walked in and was greeted by silence and cool air. Yes! I looked around and noticed a WiFi sign, two change machines, 2 vending machines, rows of washers (90lb, regular, double and triple loader) and a back wall of dryers (commercial and 50lb regular). Well kept new machines (only counted 1 labeled outof service), tidy areas, 2 TVs on the walls but not up loud so I could read in peace. And they open at 6am! I'll definitely be back! read more

I liked this location at first, but lately it hasn't been ran properly. The coin machine is always down and they always leave the business unattended. If you forget to bring coins you have to walk to local businesses and practically beg for quarters it's so annoying. They don't take cards or any other form of payments outside of quarters. I use to enjoy washing at this location. Now, I would not go back. It smells like sewage when you walk in. I had multiple loads and I guess I was not moving fast enough to transfer them to the dryer. The gentleman took my clothes out of the washer and placed them in another basket. I noticed the prices fluctuate because one day I came and the 30lb washer was $2.50 and another day it's $3. So maybe they change depending on days and times. They have free WiFi and tv's and it's super quick for the wash and dryer. Also they have vending machines and the coin machines actually work. Came here today for the first time (found on yelp), this was probably the cleanest coin laundry I've been to ( I usually wash at home) Everyone was right about Carmen she is so helpful and nice! I felt very welcome and she answered all of my questions. The best thing about my visit aside from the lovely Carmen, was the free dry ! Apparently on Tuesday you can dry your clothes for FREE, wow I will definitely be back !!! Side note there's free parking in the back and you get a free wash if you check in on yelp!! read more

This laundromat has been opened for some time now. I usually like to go to the one down the street, its older, a little dirty, a little ghetto, but all the machines work... I had come here before but I did not enjoy the dryers, they didn't dry that well... So the good part, I decided to give another try this past weekend. To start off, there is plenty of parking. They have a wide range of machines, even a huge one that holds up 90 lbs for $7. I prefer to use smaller machines. There is a small sitting area for you to watch your clothes wash if that is your thing. It's basically broken into 2 sides, one for washing and for drying. The drying part was coming soon, headed on over and started drying. After 20 minutes or so the first dryer was done, guess what, the clothes were dry. I sued several dryers, they all worked out great. There are several tables where you can fold your clothes. There is also someone there at all time to help you should you have any questions or need any help with any of the machines. It was a real good experience, I have found a new place to wash. The best part was being there on a Saturday morning where I didn't have to fight with anyone over a machine. I will see you in 2 weeks. highlights: they have wifi, they have vending machines(2 of them fro snacks and 1 for washing items you may need), they have a bathroom that is clean, they have tv's to keep a little entertained, and they open at 6am . ** they have a fluff and fold service now, they charge by the pound **If you check in, you get a free $2.00 wash. read more

I would not reccomend this service. 1st time was ok not entirely great but fine. 2and time the guy said it rolled take 3days so I came back to drop off at a time it was more convenient for the staff. There is not an attendant from 4until. When I caam to pick up the next day they had folded the laundry but did not wrap it up. When I put the laundry away I noticed socks missing , a completely ruined overdryed bra and everything was folded but wrinkled. I am so sad because I love how close this is to my house and I don't think I can use the service anymore. I have 2 jobs and this service helps me out so much. Recently they added several ceiling fans which really helps keep the place cool! It's still super clean! Just noticed if you check in you get a free $2.00 wash so that's a plus! They also have lots of bar stools in the drying area that are two different heights and are sturdy which if you're on the bigger side like myself and you do worry if it's going to be able to support you, it will! However 4 STARS, the Female attendant is not very friendly to diverse cultures (other races) I see her talking and accommodating people of Hispanic culture but if you are White, Black, Caribbean etc. She gets pretty snappy and short tempered....THIS IS NOT OK!!!! Great laundromat! All brand new Dexter machines at the lowest prices I've seen in the neighborhood. They have a lot of folding tables and seating, and for purchase, they have detergent, snacks and drinks. They also have free wifi which is nice while waiting for your laundry.
