She checked in with me the night before as the day of my appointment the weather was potentially going to be bad and she wanted to make sure I was comfortable being out in weather. She talks you through everything and gives great detail. she also tells you what to expect and knows her products in and out. She can tell you why and how she chooses each of her products and how they have responded to people's skin. Each time I get waxed it's like my first time because of how long has rally between waxes. This was my third time giving this salon a chance because I was influenced by all the amazing…read morereviews. Unfortunately, every visit has had some kind of issue, and this was the last straw. I came here on my birthday for a French tip manicure and pedicure (no acrylics) and still paid about $150 after my birthday discount. For that price, I expected excellent work. Instead, I left with white residue/stains on my nails and had to ask for several things to be fixed. I was already late for my birthday party and eventually stopped pointing things out because I felt they were rushing to get to other customers. When I went back about the white marks, I was told I could just wash my hands and that it would eventually come off. That wasn't the point, I came here so my nails would be perfect for my birthday that day, not so I'd have to fix them myself. To make matters worse, the very next day my French tip was already lifting. The pedicure was also disappointing. The leg massage lasted maybe a minute, there was no hot wax treatment, and the entire service felt rushed. I've paid almost half this much at other salons and received far better service and longer-lasting results. I don't mind paying premium prices when the quality matches, but this experience didn't. After three chances, I won't be returning. There are much better salons that offer better quality and value.
