We said no thank you, and now any time we have a sick family member it takes a couple of days to get into their office. I go in the office, and first thing they say is to pay my copay 30 bucks. I was like why do I need to pay for a follow up or just to speak to a doctor(as per their suggestion to come in) since they never call me back. Yes, its a way to suck up the money from the patient. in short they don't care what is wrong with you, poor communication, bunch of unprofessional staff and be ready to pay to visit and another payment to hear the diagnosis. I requested a refill for a previous medication, but the wrong one was sent. When I called to correct it, the receptionist insisted I'd stated it wasn't working and asked for a different Medication--which I didn't--and spoke to me in a condescending way and then said she wasn't being condescending when I told her I wasn't comfortable with how she was speaking to me. I asked for the manager, was told she'd call me back, and I'm still waiting--both for the call and my prescription.
