The daughter who had been doing the majority of grooming has her husband and mother working here now to cover shifts and everything has fallen by the waste-side. Most recently the owner went on maternity leave and had her older mother with a shoulder injury grooming and our dog has come home with scissor cuts. It would seem that priorities have changed here and the dogs are not put first. I'm Very disappointed and would never return or recommend them.

His groomer was Kassahndra and she was so so wonderful. She treated him like he was her own and was so patient with him (he is scared of everything). My son went in to check on them and was told that 1 got adopted and the other one died the next day. She was perfectly healthy the day she went in. We also gave them specific instructions that she had a swollen tongue from getting bit by a mealworm so she had to be hand fed. Either these people didn't feed her properly, let her get too cold or put her in a cage with the other gecko we had that fights with her. My son was so brokenhearted that this happened. So please beware of asking this place to help with finding homes for your reptiles. They couldn't even give my son a reason for what happened other than she died the next day. Truly wrong!
