The morning of the visit I called to cancel or reschedule due to a conflict and was told there would be a $50 late-change fee, so I rearranged my day to keep the appointment. When I arrived, I was told I was too late for a touch-up but too early for a new injection--so no treatment could be performed. I had driven from work and canceled my other commitment for nothing. When I called to cancel future appointments and for an explaination, Paige said the issue was that I hadn't told her that morning it was a follow-up; when I asked her to clarify, she denied saying that. While the injectors themselves have been adequate, the management experience--Paige and Amber in particular--has been frustrating due to inconsistent information, poor communication and Paige's tenuous relationship to the truth. I escalated my complaint to the national customer service line after being gaslit by Paige. When I later called the clinic for the injectors' names, I was told that no further information would not be provided and redirected to the 800 number.
