They did not answer the phone or return calls. Both my realtor and my mortgage lender were shocked at how unprofessional and shoddy their work was. When they sent the paperwork over to be signed they provided no notary whatsoever, causing me to have to spend an hour and a half with the notary at my bank as we sorted through 140 pages of documents with no instructions, including documents that did not even apply to the property I was buying (they wanted me to sign an acknowledgement of a septic system for a property that was on city water and sewer). I would not recommend this company to ANYONE, for ANYTHING.
