Every time I try to speak with someone, the employees either don't seem to know what's going on, give inconsistent information, or fail to follow through. It often feels like I'm being ignored or told things that aren't accurate just to move the conversation along. To make matters worse, when I finally had a scheduled tour, the lockbox did not work at all. I had to call three separate times for assistance, and no one was able to resolve the issue. I showed up at my scheduled time and still couldn't access the property. As a prospective tenant, this experience has been very disappointing. If it's this difficult just to view a property, it raises concerns about how issues might be handled after signing a lease. I hope they improve their organization and communication moving forward.

But then they will bill you because the problem isn't there. My newest neighbor just moved in with her kids... and her unit is already flooding from an existing problem they knew about from the previous tenants leaving the place.
