The title.... Well, she said we would have to go the Texas DOT in North Austin to get a copy of it, and that this was "standard policy", and that they had always done it this way. I figured they had just lost the title, and the lady at the DOT figured the same thing. Probably the worst feature of this business is a sign prominently displayed where you walk in that asks you to remove your hat, sunglasses, and hoodie. I assume this is so they can get a good video of you. I'll tell you what, I didn't move to this (nice) area to be treated like a criminal. And, like with "No Guns Allowed" signs, what criminal is going to politely remove their disguise when they walk into a bank to rob it? Sheesh, you can go to this place to have your integrity and intelligence insulted, but I'll stick to Compass or Frost myself, where I get treated much better.
