My wife is a doctor and practices under a different name so sometimes gets checks under that name. Despite years of dealing with this issue with a half dozen different branch managers, it's never been resolved. Every time we deposit a check it takes 20- 30 minutes just for a simple deposit. It's like they have never done it before. About 30% of the time I call to ask about wire transfers, or anything else, they give me WRONG information. Some of the tellers or customer service people barely speak English. Not great when you're dealing with your money. The only reason we haven't switched to another bank already is that it's difficult to impossible for my wife and I to sit down at another bank for 2 hours during banking hours to open a different account. Horrible.
