I will still ask for a $25 co-pay which I was not asked for at first which I was not aware that that even owed. but I was not asked for to receive a $25 co-pay by mail, as if what they said at the first time I was asked to pay it on site which I did not have. She was asked personal and inappropriate questions that were not only insensitive to her situation but just outright enological for someone to ask. The questions asked had nothing to do with her treatment or assessment , the questions were for personal curiosity of her own. Needless to say this clinic needs a course on patient courtesy and proper bedside manner specially on sensitive cases. Lastly, the provider enter the room with no mask and was annoyed when asked to wear one during the consult. Though there is a divide on mask usage during this pandemic it is unsanitary/unsafe to not wear one in a medical setting with so much foot traffic and patient to patient interaction. These are people coming out of surgery and that may have underlined health conditions and are overall venerable to all infections during their recovery.

I decided to go to UrgentCare of Louisiana one week after I became ill and 4 days of laringitus and just not feeling better. Dr. Anisha Turner is the BEST! She took tests and found I had Strep Throat. Not only did she give me a steroid shot, she prescribed me FIVE other meds that kicked in immediately and by that night I was 50% better and the next day I was 80% back to my healthy self. THANK YOU DR. TURNER! RECOMMEND HIGHLY!!!!! Great staff, treated with respect and clean facility!

Turns out it was a Bad ear infection. They never checked her ears! Took my mother, who's from out of town, there for a fever. The did a blood screen and said her white count looked fine and there was nothing they could or would do. Her white count was double what her norm was! When we pointed this out all we got was a shrug of the shoulders. Now, she will have to wait until they drive back to Virginia to get antibiotics prescribed! This place is the worst. They don't even do the bare minimum to diagnose what's going on with you. If you are sick then don't waste your time going here. They really don't care.

I took a chance coming here after a doctor at an urgent care only diagnosed 1/3 of my major issues then gave me the wrong medicine. At Healthcare Express I saw Dr. Bricker and he was so friendly and excited to do his job. He knew EXACTLY what I needed. After suffering from a throat, ear and sinus infection for four days he gave me two injections and penicillin. I was feeling 80% better within hours!! Very knowledgeable man with great morals and more than 25 years of experience. He puts the patients health first. I would recommend he and his staff to anyone who needs medical attention!
