I told him I had put in all the information about what my car needed. He told me he can't see that information in his system. The rear window in my GMC Sierra was stuck "down" and would not go up. The idea of driving 4 hours back to Colorado with an open window, in 90 degree weather, was not attractive. Went to Wolf Auto, explained my problem. They were booked solid, but said if I could leave it all day (the next day) they would either get the window back up, or fully fix the problem. Next day, they brought in the part from an hour away, and had my track back to me by 4pm. Totally fantastic.
