Pulled in off the freeway to get gas and my right front tire looks like it's going down. Stopped in to T and C Service after I got gas and they told me it would be 2 hours before they could help me. WTH?! I worked at 3 different tire stores and we always got to people that were on the road right away. Go down the street a couple more blocks to Haas. They will treat you right. I made an online appointment with this location as they are the only RepairPal dealer in the area. While making the online appointment, I had to describe my auto's issues, etc. After driving an hour to get there for the appointment, the man at the desk told me that they didn't have a mechanic on that day. I told him I had put in all the information about what my car needed. He told me he can't see that information in his system. He made it sound like it was my fault for scheduling the appointment online. Drive an hour back home, all with the check engine light on. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP. read more

Was all great and fine until I walked back out and I only had one hubcap on the tire that I took off. two of the tires had caps on my trailer and one that I had previously removed to pack the bearings was in the back of my truck. It was in the back bc I put it there. I bought two tires and rotated the other two. They were the only ones to handle all 4 of my tires. I even verified this with someone that saw it when I took the flat tire off to get it fixed. Before I left I asked where the others were and they said they were never there. Tried to gaslight and tell me they were never there to begin with. Not true at all. They were there when I pulled in. Not the first time I had issues. My car sat in the parking lot there bc it took them 3 months to tell me that they couldn't change and program a sensor in the steering wheel. When I called to ask, I was told they were working on it. Theres some crooked stuff going on there. They are going to try to pull anything they can get away with on a woman as well. I noticed right away before I left and they still denied everything saying I probably had them in my tack room or at home. They are over there somewher. Absolutely will never go there again. I would not recommend. I took my vehicle in for tire mounting, balancing and alignment. It took them 4.5 hours to get it done. They struggled with getting it aligned. They had 2 techs attempt it. When I got the keys the tech told me if it wasn't driving right to bring it back. I drove it home a few blocks. Went to leave town the next morning and as I was going into the alley way something had shifted in the front end leaving my steering wheel 30 degrees off to the right. I immediately brought it back and spoke to Jeremy Clark, he told me that a tech wasn't available on the weekend and to bring it back. I brought it back, they had it for an additional 2 days. I spoke to Jeremy again on day 2, he said the first tech couldn't figure it out and would have another tech look at it when he was able to. He told me if they couldn't get it he would refund me for the alignment. I got a call from Ben stating they were unsuccessful and to come pick my vehicle up. Once I got there, my boyfriend and I spoke to the techs that were attempting to fix the issue. They both said they were not sure what had happened. They couldn't get it to align straight and now the steering wheel was turned the opposite direction than when I brought it in 2 days prior. They looked at the bushings, the tie rods and nobody saw anything wrong. Oneof the techs told me that during his test drive it was pulling hard to the right and not straight. I had asked Jeremy for a refund on the alignment since it was not fixed properly, he said he had to speak to Ben. They told me no to the refund because the computer was showing that it was fine even though my steering wheel was clearly not straight. Jeremy started screaming at my boyfriend in the lobby and was being very rude and unprofessional. I did call corporate and explain my complaint of the way we were spoken to and nothing was resolved. So, back in 2024 in July I purchased 4, 50,000 miles, new tires from here. I drive away and my tire light is on, they tell me "oh well it does that you got to drive it awhile and it will shut off." Wake up next morning tire light is still on. So, I take it in, they tell me it's a valve leaking. Well fast forward to July 2025 to the exact week, I am told I need 4 new tires again... So I go ahead and purchase 4 new tires with a $20 warranty on each tire, they tell me my front struts are leaking heavy so they can't give me much of a discount as I am already upset because I know I did not drive 50,000 miles in one year to the exact week. So I take my car elsewhere spend an additional $800 to get new front struts, then I take it elsewhere to get an alignment done. Well they tell me that I need two new front tires. This is just 5 months after I already purchased 4 new tires from TO Haas in Ogallala Nebraska. I call To haas and ask about the warranty I purchased on the 2nd round of 4 new tires. They tell me it only covers the tire and not mechanical issues. Well I took it too a second auto shop and they tell me my alignment is fine, they can't seem to find anything as to why my front tires would be worn down that fast. So, that goes to show that TO HAAs has scammed me out of 8 tires in the past 2 years costing me close to $1,500. This also goes to show they will scam people where they can. I have the receipts and photos to back all this information up. I will never ever recommend a shop who takes advantages of their customers. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I've talked to people around town and every single one of them has been scammed by this place! read more

I'm from out of town and my low tire pressure light came on. It held air when I filled it but I had to get back on the Interstate and was worried that I might have a full blowout if there was a small nail that caused the leak. When I explained my situation to the staff at TO Haas, they told me to bring the car in (it was Saturday) and they got the tire fixed and me back on the road the same day. Great service! read more

After having tires replaced by Modern Tire Pros in North Platte, NE, who did an excellent job, they shared that they had an agreement with T. O. Haas in Ogallala to have the lug nuts torqued after about 50 miles of travel. They stated that the service was complimentary with a mutual agreement. The work provided at T. O. Haas by assistant manager Tyler was excellent! The rub came when the manager did not honor the agreement with the other business for the torquing to be complimentary and charged for the service. You either have an agreement or you don't! Dependable is fulfilling what I've consented to do even if it means unexpected sacrifice! read more

My husband was in Ogallala to pick up equipment for our center pivot, the stock trailer he was pulling had a tire came apart, just as he arrived in town just before 5pm. The first tire store didn't want to help him, so he drove to T.O. Haas. Jim and Thomas get our five stars today. We drove 35 miles down I80 slowly with our flashers on because the tire pressure monitoring system was reading a low tire and we couldn't figure out where even after testing the tires and looking for obvious problems. Haas was the choice, if only because it's an independent business that's been around for more than 50 years.
