I would rate a big fat 0 zero., much like the gal . This office is a waste of time. The…read morereceptionist did not follow through with the chart notes and referral for appointment. My little 90 blessed years , Mother who is having chronic kidney issues sat in their office early for an 1 hour and half. Turned away, I asked her why she could not have called to reschedule or call the referring pcp to receive notes. She looked me dead in the eyes and said I want to go home. You can come back tomorrow. I asked her for my mother's new patient paperwork and left. No way will I ever consider going back. I hope you get exactly what you gave. zero .

"Kidney Care with Heart and Vibes!"…read more From my first call, Barbi at the front desk was an absolute pleasure--warm, funny, and full of good vibes. She and a team member with colorful hair had uplifting music (including country ) playing, and we bonded over our shared playlist more than once! I even joked that if I'm ever feeling down, I should just visit the office to boost my spirit. That's the kind of energy they bring. Dr. Qadri is the real deal--he helped bring my kidney numbers from 41 back into the 90s, and gave me a high five when I officially beat the kidney disease stage . His excitement and care were genuine and appreciated. Shoutout also to the kind young lady who took me to the back--we shared the same faith, and her positive energy and professionalism really stood out. That kind of connection and kindness goes a long way. At 45, I'm usually the youngest patient in the room, but the whole staff made me feel at ease. Professional, compassionate, and full of life--they don't just treat your kidneys; they lift your whole spirit. Thank you, Desert Kidney in Chandler! #DrQadri #BarbiRocks #UpliftingCare #FaithAndHealing #ChandlerHealthcare

This review is solely based on the management of this clinic. I have never seen a physician here…read moreand here is why: Incident 1: I called to schedule my initial appointment. Once the receptionist obtained my basic information, she told me they would see me on the day of my scheduled appointment. I asked if she needed my insurance card and she said, "no, not at this time." Incident 2: I received a call from the clinic 6 days before my appointment from another lady who asked if I had insurance. I told her yes and explained what occurred during Incident 1. She was dismayed and told me that was awkward because they always need an insurance card and I agreed. Incident 3: I went in 30 minutes early for my appointment. Upon entering, the receptionist immediately asked if I had any missed calls from their office as they had been trying to get in touch with me...not saying why at this point. I was shocked because I had not received any word from the clinic since Incident 2. She went on to explain they tried to get in touch with me multiple times and on multiple days. I looked at my phone: no voicemail or missed calls from the clinic since Incident 2. This lady continued to explain (a third time) that they tried to call me to inform me I needed to reschedule my appointment. I showed her my phone, the list of voicemails I had received since October 7th and a list of missed calls....none of which were from this office. She asked me to take a seat to see what she could do. I was offered an appointment a month from now, which is fine and partly my fault because of my busy schedule. At this point, I was willing to give this office another chance and everything was good, but then...for the FOURTH time, the lady explained that they called me several times and left voicemails informing me of this change. Now, I feel like it is my fault. How the lady was communicating to me sounded as if she was blaming me for not checking my voicemail or answering the phone. I had already showed her I had NOT a single missed call or voicemail from the office. This was not my fault. I am done trying to work with this office. I am hoping their office manager looks into this and corrects these issues. If they don't have an office manager, I strongly suggest they get one. Went in March for a hysterectomy. Outpatient doors were closed said to go through the ER. Go to…read morethe ER they make you walk all the way to regular administration who's doors are open with a closer parking lot then the ER. I have a port because I have Multiple Sclerosis and receive my medication monthly by infusion, they refused to use it without an Xray. They also made me pee in a cup to prove I wasn't pregnant...it takes 3 appointments, waiting 30 days and a biopsy that is the most painful thing I've ever experienced in order to get a hysterectomy, who would get pregnant in that small window of time where I took 2 other pregnancy tests AND had an ultrasound. Plus since it was surgery I hadn't drank anything. Super annoying. When I came to the nurse who took care of me was great, very easy going, was prememptive with care like had a heater thing ready for me and water, explained everything, his energy was very good and calming, perfect for what was happening. I chose to stay the night in order to have pain management because left to my own devices I let the pain go too long and it causes problems. My first nurse was Coraline. I had to pee as soon as I got there, I asked her and she asked me to wait 5 minutes. Luckily for me the nurse who does the blood pressure, I think her name was Cheyenne helped me and was super sweet the entire time. Caroline did eventually come back but not in the 5 minutes and didn't remember, she did not seem very experienced. Then later in the evening when she came in I asked to have my water filled and she again said later and that I had gatorade, my mom had gone and bought snacks because Caroline couldn't find a phone for me to order food and she did place the order herself but obviously I'm not going to page the nurse everytime I need something. A very nice man, the one who transported me, saw my mom with the bag found us a phone and apologized that we bought everything he seemed pretty irritated that this wasn't taken care of by the nurse. I didn't get my water refilled until the night shift when the blood pressure guy Chris came in, he was also great. I don't remember my nurses name that night but I really liked her, she was very friendly and competent perfect care after a very long tiring day. Checkout was easy. I just really wish they had used my port because I would've been far more comfortable and that's why it's there. Coraline could also use a little help in making sure patients are comfortable, she's the only one who didn't seem to recognize what was going on.

I had to return July 2nd, with the same symptoms, with a hot flash, sweating, and nausea…read more I arrived by ambulance, this time, as well. Got into a room in the ED, immediately. They did bloodwork, a CT and an ultrasound. I was waiting to hear the results. A discharge nurse came in, with paperwork to discharge me. The doctor had not even come in to tell me what was wrong, and give me treatment options. I had to demand to talk to the doctor. He told me I had gallstones, but it didn't require immediate surgery. Granted, I already had surgery scheduled for 7/6. The doctor said it could wait, prescribed me pain and nausea meds and told me to follow a low fat diet. His tone, when telling me about the diet, made me feel like he was criticizing my intelligence regarding this. But t, I'd already been doing this one year now, for weight loss. Friday, 7/3, I got in touch with my surgeon. She got me on the schedule that day. The next morning, she said my gallbladder was inflamed. It needed to come out. A doctor should communicate with their patients, giving them all information necessary, so the patient can exercise their right to choose the treatment they want. I wasn't given this, without having to advocate for myself.
