He saw the bend said he could order a new apparatus. I said it's a brand new loveseat I don't want a new part, I'd like to return it and get a good one since this one is brand new. Then Bryan from Mesquite calls me and basically says tough luck, it's been reported you've damaged it, we cant resell it, you're stuck with it! Its ONLY damage is the same as when it arrived!!! PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. THEY WILL NOT BACK IT UP IF IT'S DAMAGED WHEN IT ARRIVES.

One of the times I was there, my 89 year old mom was with me, and as we were leaving the store my mom fell. I was unable to get her up. Several of the staff came running out to help with my mom. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of products they stock. It kind of reminded me of an Elliott's Hardware store with the bins of loose bolts, nails, screws & washers that you could purchase by the pound and buy exactly what you need rather than having to purchase them pre-packaged like at the big box stores and buy more than you need. I also ended up making a couple of impulse purchases and bought a new flannel doggie bed for my fur baby (who happened to be accompanying me that day), as well as some edible Christmas gifts to give to the neighbors. First of all it smells divine inside and there are employees throughout the store to help you find things and to ask questions too. I love not having to look and look for an employee to ask a question to...they are just right there. But it did also make me question, "do they have a lot of thefts?" There are a lot of whites and just really classy and comfy bed linens and decor and clothes. While leaving First Monday we stopped here and glad we did, although of course I didnt buy anything. :( This is off the busy street, I believe hwy 19. When we got into the parking lot there were hundreds of dead crickets. It was a crunchy walk inside.
