Not only did he lack transparency, but his overall professionalism was lacking. We had to ask, multiple times for an invoice for our records. The invoice terms stated Net 30 but he began harassing us to pay the invoice via text and email within hours of sending the invoice.

Called Taplin, they were able to pick it up the next day. Eric called after checking it out and the said the motor was blown.
