After we agreed on a price, things changed once he arrived. He added work without gaining approval first. In fact, we had told him in writing that the tenant might ask for more work to be done, but we were not authorizing it. He did it anyway and charged us. He was also not transparent about disposal fees until he was already on site and there wasn't much we could do about it. Not only did he lack transparency, but his overall professionalism was lacking. We had to ask, multiple times for an invoice for our records. The invoice terms stated Net 30 but he began harassing us to pay the invoice via text and email within hours of sending the invoice.

Instead of charging us for the 30 or so minutes they were here, they hooked us up with their plumber who will be here in the next day to install and didnt charge us for the trip out here. This is how you do business. They could of charged us for both trips out and with gas being $4 right now I would of understood that, but instead they said no worries and shook our hand. We have used this company a few times and they know they are our go to when SHTF and things like this is the reason WHY i'd never call anyone else to fix any of our appliances. They aren't out to get over on their customers or make a quick buck. They are there to do a job, do it right and do it fair and in 2026 that is often overlooked.
