No luck, it only went back about a year. Second, I called "customer care" to see if they could tell me when I had purchased my lawn mower. Nope. Same problem, could only go back about a year. Third, called Home Depot Credit dept., the girl was very nice, same problem though, only able to go back about a year. Home Depot, more than happy to take the consumer's money for a product but should be able to keep better record of purchases in order to help with purchase and warranty information. Very disappointing. I see, and was a little surprised to see, several bad reviews for Home Depot. I guess as with so many businesses, it's going downhill and not as reliable as it used to be.

The staff isn't paid on a sales basis so there in no overselling. When we chose the refrigerator we liked I've was informed that the price had dropped $200! It was delivered today by two employees , Justin and Anthony . They were very pleasant and professional. They set up the refrigerator and explained all the options and features to us. They were fast and efficient. We have always purchased our appliances from Cluett's and will continue to do that. From purchase to installation the service was outstanding.

Our order, in excess of $2000, was placed in June & we were told that the stove would arrive as early as August, no later than September. It is now the first week in November and still no stove. Each time WE CALLED we were told the shipment would arrives in 2 weeks. The last time WE CALLED we spoke with the the owner who told us that the delay was only in the style/finish we had ordered, the rest were available. Okay, but why do WE have to keep calling every time to find out what is going on? Why has it taken this long to make us aware of this? why aren't they calling the customers to keep them informed? The lack of follow up customer care/service is what aggravates us the most and why we can not recommend them.
