Releasing agent George is always very friendly very prompt on getting back to you with problems or questions and the team George has as far as the guys that come in and fix things or top notch they are always very friendly very personable they know how to talk and get the job done at the same time in a prompt manner. A few years ago we woke up Christmas morning and had to call an emergency maintenance guy to come in I fixed the heater that was out. He was here in about 20 minutes again Christmas morning with a smile on his face and his friendly as he can be and I feel horrible that I even had to call everybody should be home with their families on Christmas. The complex is usually on the quiet side both the two bedroom and three bedroom units are upstairs and downstairs and have washers and dryers in each unit . on March 9th I woke up to find my partner had passed away in the laundry room and he had pulled some pipes down I guess as he was having his heart attack he was trying to grab onto things and put some pipes down. I called George a few days later and he couldn't have been nicer I couldn't have been more considerate of my loss he said one of the maintenance man right over as priority of him to get the things fixed. So what I'm getting at is I have lived here for 8 years and George became leasing agent around the same time and like I said he runs this place and make sure things get done and it's not like he has to stay on the maintenance guys they work very hard and I don't know what to get paid but they deserve a lot more they are always working their butts off. So if you are looking for a rental property in the Lindenwold Clementine even further out I would highly recommend Timber Ridge townhouses for the price inside of the rooms and the bedrooms you're not going to find another complex that keeps up with their units their maintenance and their grounds. one more thing that you can't teach people is how to be nice and considerate and even the neighbors with my loss had brought food over they are nice they always stop and say hello and you don't always get that in rental properties the property I lived in before this after I sold my house after 30 years the people with me when look at you let alone talk to you so when I moved there everybody is just nice to everybody so check out Timber Ridge townhouses on West Park Avenue in Lindenwold it's worth the trip

I paid approx. $2,200 a month for rent, apt. insurance (their insurance), water, sewer and "covenience fees." There were banging noise issues with the side by side neighbors to me which I reported to the property management several times. They told me that they had "addressed" the banging noise issues with those neighbors. I honestly believe they did not because it really never changed. I just dealt with it. After only 4.5 months of living at Hunters Chase, I had to call the police on those same neighbors and send the below message to the property manager and the company office which is located in Pennsylvania and again on April 18, 2025. Unfortunately, I had to call the police regarding loud noise emanating from the next-door neighbors last night (1.18.2025) at 10:00pm. The noise woke me up from sleeping at about 9:30pm. The noise was their bathroom fan running non-stop, and it is extremely loud that I can hear it incessantly. They run it a lot throughout the day. I was hoping that they would turn it off, but they did not. After I called the police, I used noise cancelling headsets to get some quiet time. The police arrived about 10:45pm and spoke to the tenants. It is quite disappointing that these tenants seem to not understand nor respect neighborly boundaries nor property rules. As a result, I will not be renewing my lease at Hunters Chase. I believe my lease ends on 8.30.2025. I will continue to pay all bills on time and be a respectful tenant. The police were called again regarding the side-by-side neighbors. The neighbors, as stated on multiple occasions, make loud banging noises and run their bathroom fan for hours throughout the day on a daily basis. At 10pm on April 18, 2025, those neighbors were running their bathroom fan. The fan noise is loud and woke me up when I was sleeping. Police officers responded to my complaint and spoke with those neighbors and me. The police provided me with a complaint number which was given to the local property manager and the PA headquarters. There was NO follow - up from either. I am giving this place one star out five. One is generous! PS; If you decide to move there, which I highly recommend against doing, make sure to purchase noise cancelling headsets! You will need them - unfortunately - as the management will NOT address any issues! If you voice any concerns, the management will be spiteful and attempt to retaliate against you which of course is illegal and unethical.

I always maintained my apartment to the highest standard and was a model renter. My apartment was meticulously cleaned and left impeccable so I was shocked to be charged $942 to replace my second bedroom's carpet. Unbelievable, I could have installed much higher quality carpet for that price. When questioned, they presented a photo of a perfectly clean carpet and made a circle around one area with a pen and claimed it had a green stain. As you can see there is no stain(see photo), besides I would not live in an apartment with a green stain! I called the Maintenance department to straighten out their obvious mix up with someone else's apartment....I was told by the Assistant Director of Maintenance that he saw a brown stain. They can't even keep their stories straight. I presented my photos to Mitchell Davis at Davis Enterprises. I took photos of the apartment before I left which clearly show the apartment was left spotless including the carpet and they still refuse to return my $942.19 from my $2325 security deposit. There are plenty of luxury apartments out there so save yourself the hassle of wasting time in getting your security deposit returned. NOTE: I gave it one star because you are forced to otherwise I would have gave them none.

The buildings are OLD. Paint is CAKED on. It's been cracking for the entire 12 months we've been here. They just keep covering up.... Also, not sure what they were thinking with the windows here. They are IMPOSSIBLE to open or close without two people. Seriously. You need to UUUMMPPPHHHH to open or close. Trust me, since the heat is basically always on, you will want to open these windows. We live on the second floor. The hardwood is nice, but there are some nails sticking out (we've lost many socks to holes due to this) and the floor literally sinks in towards the middle of each room. It's not enough to distract, but we have to prop up one side of our TV/ fridge/ bookshelf so that it doesn't topple over. You can't make this up. There is a wasp problem. We find dead wasps behind furniture and in the windowsill each time we clean. The air conditioners provided are old and quite frankly, I don't know if they are ever serviced, like you would expect at a complex of this size or at a complex with a more modern air infrastructure. Like others, we've had good experiences with the maintenance crew. They've had to come when our bathroom ceiling leaked while it was raining before it crashed, and to replace a sink faucet when we had no water. Lastly, upon renewal when emailing a property manager and the director, Robin G, we had a very disturbing experience. They did not respond to two of my emails when we asked questions about the renewal. I had to respond multiple times and loop in others to get a response. They pointed the finger at me, saying I did not respond, and when I proved that it was actually them, they never admitted fault, but instead said by default I had renewed my lease. This was extremely appalling, considering the email thread was regarding our potential departure. Now I'm forced to pay an unreasonable rent increase for a year despite requesting more information before signing a new lease. They should be ashamed of themselves for claiming they have anything more than subpar communication skills. I know the company was founded by two Penn Grads. As a Penn Grad myself, I am discouraged after having this experience with this company. TLDR: not worth your time. They could have at least responded to my emails ......

They were responsive in addressing any issues (of which there were very few) and maintained the property to a "t." My unit was nicely updated (with similar upgrades in most of the properties they own/manage) in an older building so it was the best of both worlds. I also loved using an online system to submit maintenance requests and pay rent. Just seems antiquated paying rent any other way! We have been renting from Alvin M. Levin and Sons for more than 2 years now. We have the most…read moredarling trinity Style home, tucked behind a very secure metal gate,which leads to a passageway that brings one to a large secured, and landscaped courtyard, shared with the two houses that are situated on the street in front of our home, on either said of the passageway. Ours is a single family, detached home, which is almost unheard of anywhere near Center City, so zero concerns about neighbor's noises, or security issues. We have 2BR, 2 BA and a den/office area, over 3 stories, and a small private patio off the kitchen. Some of the house has been renovated, but not all (which is reflected in the rent). The utilities/appliances are all serviceable, with new DW and gas stove, and fairly recently installed large, modern W/D in the basement, prior to move in (yes, we have a full basement, which provides lots of storage space). To the best of my knowledge, a lot of Levin's townhomes are older, and have usable fireplaces (often on the 1st and 3rd floors). We use ours throughout the winter, and it is so quaint and charming, ad warm, and Christmasy in December, (the homes I have owned have always had fireplaces, and I love them). We also have a 2nd fireplace on the third floor (a common feature in Levin's townhomes), which is one large area with bedroom, private bath, and sitting area covering the whole top floor, with a lovely slanted, high ceiling, and four large windows (better and bigger than the average NYC studio (often w/less than 500 SQ FT living area) that costs over a thousand , or two (alas, no private kitchen) . Our spoiled daughter lives up there.... Downside is, no bathroom on the first floor, which is pretty much the standard for trinity style homes. As to maintenance.... We have had very few problems,and all have been attended to quickly. We had a leaking DW, which was replaced. We had two problems with the A/C, which I don't think is that old. The response from Levin's maintenance was great. Earlier this summer, it just stopped cooling over the 4th of July weekend. They came out and installed a window A/C, which did not work as well as the central air (due to the design of the house), but allowed me to sleep comfortably until the contractor could come out that Tuesday. The first time we had an A/C problem, they determined that the electrical panel needed to be upgraded. They did a Jury-rig that was designed to work until fall (so we would not have to do w/o Air for a day or two in the extreme summer heat while the installation was done). They followed up and replaced the panel once things got cooler. When I contact the office, the people are very nice, and quite responsive. We have gotten to know some of the maintenance people a bit, since they come out to sweep the courtyard/passageway. We see them on the street, since Levin owns a number of properties in the area, and they are always so pleasant. Twice a year, they send people out to cut back the shrubs in the courtyard/patio areas, and do a general clean-up. We had our rent increased a bit this year, as have a large portion of tenants across the country in the last 1-2 years, but nothing like the 15-60% that many tenants have incurred. Yes, 60% is the amount of rental increase a friend received, who lives in Florida, after a major corporation purchased his complex, with no plans to improve his unit until he moved out. He was forced to move, at great expense. Levin has not pulled that type of BS on its tenants. We wanted to put in body-spray shower heads, and a new kitchen faucet, and were willing to pay for them (once we realized we would probably be here for a minimum of 2 years). Levin was more than willing to pay for the installation of them. Made our enjoyment of the house much better. Yes, they will remain in the house when we move, but if we had needed to pay to have them installed, it would have been cost prohibitive for us. I can highly recommend renting from Alvin M Levin & Son. Our neighbors in front of our house (also properties owned by Levin) have had some maintenance issues, and I only know from seeing workmen coming and going. I assume, since none of them complained, that the issues were taken care of quickly and properly. We feel very fortunate to have found our current home....
