What started off as a good experience ended up badly due to really poor service. I certainly would…read morenot recommend this company! Took my concealed carry class and was really happy with the instructor and the overall experience. Applied for my license with the state the very next day and waited a month and a half only to receive a letter from them that the certificate I submitted was not adequate. I figured since this is what sort of thing this company does all the time they would know what certificate is needed. Apparently not! I called and requested the correct one be sent to me and Megan acted very put out. I asked if the new certificate could be emailed to me since I only needed a copy for the state and she said no it would have to be sent via post office. Sooo I got the new one and my name was spelled wrong. Of course the state will not accept this as it did not match my ID and application form. So I called again and left a voicemail for Megan asking for a new certificate. She left me a message back that she would send it but that she filled out the last certificate based on what I told her. As if I somehow don't know how to spell my own name and didn't provide her the correct spelling. And of course no apology for the second error either. Hopefully the third times the charm and the new certificate will actually be correct. But what awful service!

I'm a Glock girl and do not have any issues with that. Except, we can't bring our own weapons to work to qualify. With my hand and the fear of losing my job, I sought out Vinny to help with the basic fundamentals and learning new skills. And to get my confidence back. As soon as I contacted him and spoke with him, I could tell that he was very calm, understanding and I knew, (even over the phone) he could help. He had a great program, taught me things that I had forgotten from my law enforcement days and taught me some new skills. I totally recommend him if you are just starting with firearms, trying to keep up on training or just need someone to help with your confidence. I will be going at least once a month, until I feel confident like I used to be. He really helped and I totally appreciate it! The gun range is Continental Shooting. They were also very helpful. The guns are secured in glass cabinets that are a little hard to see due to the wood frames around all edges. You look down directly or sideways. I found a used gun that was a very nice price, marked about 1/2 of new. Once done the price was even lower and discount covered the sales tax too. License check is fair and all the employees, including Craig, were perfect. Great buying experience and wish we were local to use the range.

I really appreciated her taking time and explaining everything to us. My friend and I rented a Glock 17. We had a fun time shooting. The range instructor was also very friendly and helpful.
