They claimed they couldn't take it back because it was out of the box, but earlier I saw them unboxing items right in front of customers including myself. The manager first insisted they don't do cash returns, which is the only written policy on the receipt-- but when I reminded him I didn't pay cash, he had no answer. I left without the product or a refund. yes stores may be allowed to refuse refunds, but they are not allowed to sell defective items. The whole experience felt dishonest and dismissive.
