Literally worst nail place I've ever been to.... I got a fill and you can CLEARLY see whenever the last acrylic was and I wanted a French tip which I got but all of my nails are crooked ans there is hair painted on my nail with the gel coat over it so that's great... oh and not to mention as soon as I got home my GEL nail polish on top had a bubble creating a lift... JUST TO TOP IT OFF there is still my old color on parts of my nail where it wasn't completely filed off... I will never go here ever again. read more

Friendly staff and walk ins are relatively quickly. The owner is always really nice and I love that everything is super clean. Everything is brought out in sterile packages with plastic wraps around the tub! Love that it's a super clean place. Andy is one of my favs! Does a fantastic job! read more

i'm not one to leave reviews but i'm in shock with how i walked out of this place. she burnt me multiple times, i have a blood blister under one of my nails. she also left one nail so jagged and uneven i had to ask her to cut it as i was walking out (it looked like a wave). she wasn't even going to let me wash my hands before i left (which were covered in acrylic). all of that to be charged $15 and there's still acrylic all over my nails. Thanh was fantastic! She was nice and personable. I had a gel manicure, was in & out in 30 minutes. Reasonably priced.

They're customer service is nice and the salon is always clean. I have tried them more then once and I am never happy how my nails turn out. They are misshaped and not smooth and they never give me what I ask for. I can say my pedicures are always great though. read more

This place was amazing they were packed when I came in for a pedicure but they had me in a chair within 5 min... The guy who did my pedicure was Lee and he was so amazing and hospitable. Went 3 weeks ago, asked for price of gel nails. Was told $20 for a fill. When I went back for appointment, told $30 for gel. Okay, I chose my color and got started with Lee. He seemed like he knew what he was doing, but when I went to pay, he asked me how much tip I was leaving. He was rude, so I just gave him a couple $$. I asked him if this was " gel" or acrylic. He assured me gel. When I got home, there were bubbles and indentations that I couldn't see at the salon. Now, good gel should not chip or scratch, my nails look terrible. First time this has happened. I didn't bother going back, rather not deal with them again. read more

Average nail place. From a distance my nails look okay but up close you can see where the polish went over my skin so now there's bubbles in a few of my nails. I worked for Kathy n ken for 3 years people think they clean it's not n there are mean to the people that work there's we can't have a day off ken made me buy my own pedi chair cause he said I was to fat to seat in the chairs that the other tech seat in to do pedicure he got mad at me n called me the N word I was the only African-American working there to later find out he only hired me cause people would see him not as a Racist cause he had a issues with his step daughter having a baby by a black guy the bathroom never get clean look at the lights over the pedicure chair they are very dust n the tool they use ken make use reuse the bags half of the time they don't clean them they just wipe the off the soap the put in the pedicure tubs is soap hand soap Sam club they refill the bottles back up at the end of the week they take 40% from the tech then another 2 dollars from each Serive they do they are nasty n mean they pay the Asia workers in half cash but the Americans all check they are fake n people should know what kind of people they dealing with read more

Amazing!! Everything is clean, fresh, and new. The pedicure bowls are lined, instruments are sterilized, and the nail techs wear gloves. Although this is expected, it is hard to find. The staff was very friendly and did an excellent job. This will be our go to nail salon from now on. read more

a lady greeted me as soon as I walked in. They place was very nice. The technician I got was not very confident. He seemed to stumble a lot and did not really know what to do first. I started going there because it was recommended by a friend. First couple of times, my nails were done to perfection. After that, they did not take the time to do it right. Sitting at the drying table for a long time, I left and as soon as I got to my car, messed up a nail. If the tech would have been more careful, this would not happen. Once they think they have you as a regular customer, they become more sloppy in their work. read more

After being at the same salon in Clearwater for three years I didn't think I would ever find somewhere I liked. So glad I went into this location. They can get very busy at times but as long as I make an appointment with my favorite tech I'm good to go! At my old salon I could only do pink and white bc their gel would chip within a day, but here I've gotten it done three times and I haven't had any cracking or chipping. read more

My experience here was awful! Got a full set of acrylic nails done last night and today they are peeling off at the edges and lifting. The nail tech was too busy looking around to pay attention to what he was doing with me, and cut my cuticles several times. Never going back, not even to have my nails fixed!! read more
