Just had the weirdest experience here. I usually LOVE this place. Today I arrived on the dot of 3:00 for my 90 mins massage. I paid right away, as I am always asked to do, and then I got settled on the bed. The massage was decent at first... until suddenly the entire staff began arguing at peak volume. There were 3 other customers trying to enjoy services. I had to ask not once but three times for them to stop yelling at each other. It went on for almost the rest of my massage which was about 30 mins. Due to the staff infighting my massage therapist became distracted and began what I can only describe as "petting" for the remainder of the massage. Too busy talking to actually give the massage. That was only the beginning. When my massage ended I sat up with a strange knowing...it was too early. I looked at my phone and sure enough, it was only 4:24. I realize 6 minutes is a not a long time, but 90 mins is 90 mins. I have never had someone stop early to prepare for the next client. My masseuse argued that he needed to stop early because there was someone waiting. Sorry, but that's not how it works. Don't sell a 90 minute massage if you don't intend on providing 90 minutes of service. Then, to make matters even worse, the man at the front desk asked for my credit card claiming he needed to charge me. Confused, I explained that I had already paid. I actually pulled up my banking app in order to show him the charge from when I had first walked in. He said "look it says 'pending', that means we didn't charge you!" Clearly this man has never used a credit card processing machine before. I refuse to give him my card as I explained to him that he had, in fact, already charged me. He said "well, we will just charge you tomorrow". Then hell you will, sir. Typically there is a very knowledgeable and friendly guy working the front desk (the manager) and I'm sure this would not have happened had he been there but it certainly left me with a creepy feeling. I did speak to the manager who was off site on this day. He apologized for the experience and credited me $10 for the lost time. Oddly enough, the front desk person still continued to ask for payment as I was leaving. I will be back as I believe this was a one-off. And I commend the manger for addressing it with me over the phone. Still, super weird trip to Happy Feet. read more

I went here with my mom and it was a great experience. I had a foot massage and the massagist was simply fantastic! I suffer from severe lower back pain which also causes my leg muscles to become very tight and sore. After the foot massage，it felt like I shed 20 pounds off my legs. Incredibly relaxing and therapeutic experience, all the staff are very friendly. The music was so relaxing and the room is cozy which made me more enjoy. I highly recommend! read more

First off, this is not a massage Americans are used to. Chinese acupressure is a medicine. They find the point of issue and solve it. Many reviews here say it hurts, gives pain etc. The saying is no pain no gain. It's what happens here. Have a pulled neck? Knot in your back? Sore calves from working out? The talented staff here will solve your problem . Will it be 'relaxing' with the oils and aromatherapy and all the bells and whistles people in Sag Harbor are used to? No. So they should fly in their preferred massage therapist to touch their skin so it's 'relaxing' yet does nothing to actually solve their problem. Here, they don't play around. This is Chinese medicine Acupressure at work. Today I went in and indicated my lower back and neck were hurting. In truth they have been hurting for months. The gentleman who gave the massage had an uncanny knack for finding the exact places needing addressing. Through using his forearm he was able to identify the location, then through acupressure, work them out. Was it fun? No. Did it hurt? Yes. But I walked out with my lower back feeling zero pain and I haven't had my back feel this good in years. I got the 60 minute body and foot massage. In 60 minutes I walked out feeling incredible. It wasn't always fun, relaxing or whatever. But it corrected the root problems that would only continue to be an issue had I not gone through the discomfort. Look at this as medicine, and your perspective will be transformed. This isn't woozy relaxing spa comfort. This is the real deal. Solve or not solve. It's your call. I recommend this place 10/10. My only issue was there was in fact a lot of noise in the room about 20% of the time. Most was quiet where staff would prefer to signal than speak, generating an expectation of silence in an open room massage format. Beautiful classical music was playing throughout. Then again, this is typical of authentic Chinese acupressure rooms. I don't expect perfection in silence but if it really bothers you bring noise canceling headphones. A great little place. However how in the world do they allow customers to keep cell phones on. The woman in the chair next to me was whispering text messages into her cell phone during hers and mine entire treatment. It dinged each time recipient replied. After about 15 minutes of this i asked her to please stop as we were here to relax. She stopped for about 10 minutes then continued on. Made this appointment three weeks ahead of time, actually stopping in there and visually seeing the front person writing my appointment in, I told them five people originally. Called a few days before the appointment made, spoke to a woman. I needed to confirm three persons getting massages; she rushed me off the phone and yesses me about my confirmation. We actually showed up early for our appointments made and the male front person couldn't find our reservation. He then said we would have to wait an extra hour to get the massages done. After coming from over an hour away we were not about to wait an hour and a half to be done. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, WONT BE BACK. Happy Feet is the best little gem in Sag Harbor ever! You get the best foot massage you'll ever have for $35/hour. Make sure you arrive on time, so you receive your full hour. The owner Wei Wei is a very sweet woman from China. Her and her husband John (I think?) own the place. From what Wei Wei told me, these types of places are all over China, and businessmen frequent them after the work day. I just wish we had more of them here in the states. All you have to do is sit back, relax, and let the men work their magic (yes, truly magic) while enjoying your tea, and accoutrements. You'll be the happiest person ever when you leave. The technician was very strong and firm. Some may like that, but not me. I asked him a few times to go little softer and he did, but then he will go really hard again. It was a tough hour to sit through, not relaxing for me. I still tipped him 20% as he did his job and provided a service. One thing I did enjoy were the leg stretches at the end. I was literally sore head to toe for days after this massage. Even though my massage wasn't the most relaxing, I still will give it a second try and maybe do a chair massage next time. This is a spa in Sag Harbor that's sort of hidden. It's off Union Street on Division, tucked behind the Bay Street Theatre. It's a relaxing place and they do foot massages for only $35. The chairs are super comfy and the owner Wei is very friendly. Don't be late, because they'll stop on the top of the hour. If you arrive at 2:00, they stop at 3:00, so get there at 2:00! They also do shoulder and neck massages. I haven't had one of those, but I'm pretty sure it's $55 for 30 minutes. The place is a little bit "old" inside, but I will certainly be back soon. This is a quiet refuge right behind Bay Street Theater. Happy Feet does hour-long appointments on the hour. The atmosphere is very relaxed and they turn down the lights and there is no talking during your treatment which makes it a very enjoyable break from your typical day. Also, the chairs are very comfortable; their foot massages are done in large recliners. Back massages are done on a table. The mainly male therapists are strong and provide a good massage. Pricing is cheap, especially for the Hamptons - $35 for an hour long foot reflexology massage or $55 for 30 mins foot/30 mins shoulder and neck massage. Happy Feet books up early in the day, especially if it is raining or cold outside! However, they take reservations. We made a reservation for this past Saturday, and a number of attempted walk-ins were told that they were fully booked. Speaks highly to the popularity of this little spot! When they first opened, patrons were served tea and/or water, which made the experience feel much more luxurious. However, for the inexpensive price and strong massage, I still think it is worth it. Just a different experience. They accept credit cards, but tips are cash-only. read more

Without knowing it was sold, we figured it out quickly. The massage itself was very good, but it's so noisy now with the water constantly blasting to wash buckets, and the constant whispering between the massage therapists, it's just not enjoyable anymore. Also, they have so many people they are massaging, that the constant slapping when massaging adds to more annoying noise. Not what it used to be. Had a wonderful 1 hour massage here today - combo 30 minutes body and 30 minutes feet. I scheduled ahead of time and was glad I did - the place was full as we were leaving! The masseuse was wonderful....despite being in my clothing and with a towel over my body, he was able to find all my knots and tight spots and did a truly fantastic job. I didn't want to leave! It used to be a great place, but it was sold to someone who clearly doesn't care to spend a dime or even hire skilled workers. It's also clear they do not follow proper work practices where the men have a break or a break room. I always tip big assuming it's their only income, but it was more of a charity donation this last time as the service and experience was pretty bad. Since Happy Feet was sold by Wei Wei and her husband, the massage is still great - once you get in the chair. However, the overall service is disappointing. It feels rushed, there is a request for cash payment only, and the wonderful tea that Wei Wei served is no longer in sight. Also, several massage therapists smoke (they hang outside smoking) and the smell of cigarette smoke on clothing on from skin is apparent. Decent foot massage, but now, not only is it noisy, iffy on cleanliness, but the owner allows workers to "crash out" on massage bed opposite you with no screen to block ..NOT a good image for massage customers. Very disappointed with Happy Feet. I didn't receive the full hour of treatment that I had to pay for in advance. On top of that, they were rude and abrasive at Happy Feet. I made a point of arriving early and ended up waiting in the chair for 10 min before they even started. But I was told that they would have to stop on the hour and the reason I wouldn't receive a full hour of treatment was that the people before me were late!! The gentleman at the desk then informed me that I was welcome to leave if I objected to the late start. So expect to pay in advance but don't expect to receive a full hour of treatment or to leave feeling happy! I have found the all-body and foot reflexology both of high quality. The only downside is that I dont think you can select a practitioner. They are all good, but some just seem to be a better fit for your body in their style and technique read more
