They are open until five o'clock on Saturdays, and a cut can't take any more than maybe thirty minutes. So I assumed I could squeeze in an appointment. The woman was very dismissive. She didn't even tell me how much the service would cost. She just said she would not be there to do a cut and that only the barber would be available. She did not offer to set up an appointment on another day, like tomorrow perhaps. And then she hung up on me mid-sentence. I've never been to the Lion's Den before, but it is literally right around the corner from my house. So I was trying to find a local, quiet spot to get cuts from now on. But this rude, curt behavior was terrible. I don't know how that salon stays in business, honestly.

I was referred to Lindsey by the person in the inspiration photo to the left I shared, meaning the work shown was hers. Unfortunately, my experience was not good My inspiration photo was the image on the left, and the finished result was completely different. I paid $85, which I had no issue with at all price was not the problem. The problem was that the final product was not what I asked for. I clearly communicated my expectations during the entire appointment, and while I was told "okay, I'll do it for you," the finished result did not match what was agreed upon. What frustrates me most about nail salons is being told something "looks the same" when it clearly does not. I explained to the nail tech that the shape was off and the overall result did not match the inspiration. She initially agreed to fix it, but when I arrived, I was told it would cost an additional $65. At that point, I was extremely upset. I had already driven 25 minutes, paid full price, and basically had to accept the situation. No customer service at all or the accountability. I've been in the beauty industry and I understand respecting time, but if you know it wasn't done right at least try to rectify.

They overheard our conversation trying to decide on colors and they added a cute pink flower design with some pink and white on the orange polish that was chosen and added a little clear stone as well!! :) It was such a nice touch! Although, all the times I have been here, I have never had to wait. The shop is pretty. Today I noticed they have a new desk at reception & makes the area look more impressive. There is plenty of sunlight making it bright and inviting. Oriana is my brow specialist and there has never been a time I've had to wait. Oriana is great. Very knowledgeable & skillful. I love how easy it is to set up an appointment online. Options are plenty because they have great hours. I believe Orianas last appointment is at 5:20p. Give Eye Create Her a try for all your brow & lashes needs.

Unfortunately, the experience and quality didn't live up to the "permanent jewelry" promise. When my anklet was first applied, it took several attempts for the jump ring to close properly, and the staff mentioned they were having issues with the new silver jump rings. About a week later, my anklet broke jump ring weld and fell off without any reason. Thankfully I noticed before losing it, but when I went back to get it fixed, the process was difficult again. I also didn't appreciate being told it might be due to my "pH levels," as that felt dismissive of the actual workmanship issue. Not long after, my friend's gold anklet broke as well. She had it repaired at the shop, then it broke AGAIN after being repaired. At this point she resorted to superglue because the back-and-forth was too frustrating. Sadly, it broke yet again, a third time, and at the weld where it was just repaired. In discussion with a friend who does permanent jewelry as her job, she noted this was not normal nor typical of a well-done permanent jewelry piece. Additionally, while the staff was polite the environment felt a bit cold and unwelcomingduring at time that was supposed to be fun and engaging. For something advertised as lasting years, our pieces barely lasted weeks. This was my first time getting permanent jewelry, and it will likely be my last. I really wanted to love the experience, but the quality and durability just weren't there, especially compared to my friend's other permanent jewelry from a different business that has had no issues. I'm convinced this isn't typical and is rather poor quality. It seems too many issues to be coincidence.

I stopped going and chose to visit Orlando salons that have great customer service and skills. Yet, I was in the Leesburg area and decided to give this salon one more try. Typically my rating would be at least a 3 star for average service, because the finished product is not horrible. However, my visit today - 3/31/22 - was unsettling. I think it is unethical to double charge a client for a service they did not ask for (even after providing clarity). I won't argue over an issue that is done; however, I won't be giving this place another try.

I've been getting waxed by Juslene now for 2 years. I've found that if I go every 4 weeks, it is less painful, and the hair growth is much less. She recently started doing my eyebrows, since I over-pluck and can't get a decent arch! She is very professional, and made me feel comfortable on my first visit. I highly recommend Juslene, and I'm very happy to have found her! She has since moved to a new location in Winter Park, but I still drive from Oviedo, every 4 weeks because she is the best in the business!
