During shaping, she was gentle and precise. I told her I didn't want that typical "hump" many salons build into acrylics. I prefer a more natural look and she absolutely nailed it. These are the most natural-looking acrylics I've ever had, and I've visited a lot of salons. My only concern was sanitation. Lili did nick me a couple of times while filing, and I didn't notice any tools being sanitized or individually wrapped the way they usually are in NY salons. The nail file also didn't appear to be disposable, although it looked fairly new. It didn't affect my overall experience, but it did make me a bit nervous simply because I'm used to stricter hygiene practices. (Update: its been a few days and the cuts have not gotten worse.
