It's close to the airport and super convenient to restaurants and shoppes (Brickell City Center). Every time we walked into the lobby, there were bellmen to open the door and greet you. The room looks similar to some of the all-inclusive resorts we frequent. The lobby was a great place to sit and people watch and in Miami, there's a lot to see! There are two restaurants on the property: Zuma and Area 31 (inside was closed for renovations during our stay). The pool bar drinks were "ok" and there's a happy hour everyday in the lobby; the Paloma was really good. Walls are super thin; we could hear our neighbors sneeze and their tv. And, there were some stains on our linen. Those are the main reasons I can't give it 5 stars. I would stay again despite those criticisms.
